Babe2sure: Mine are: 1) It must be a bible believing church. 2) I can't attend a church where it is forbidden to put on earrings. 3) Denomination also matters. 1. If it's a non Christian church. 3. With a new god. 2. And they succeed in converting me. But as a Christian, I don't hv any reason changing church. I live on christ's principles and teachings. Church is a place of worship and sacrifice. We listen to the preacher get inspired, to strengthen out faith and belive and get the courage to show it on daily living. I belive some one can talk you to righteousness without quoting a single verse from the bible. Let us all unit and project Gods words and message to all the coners of the world expeciAlly those that ve never heard so that they may believe. That was Jesus wish. AreaFada2: Love is totally out of this. She doesn't love him either. And you think he didn't feel it? Not trying to blame OP, but that lack of love could have partly driven him to seek it outside.
Fact is most relationships are now based on mutual benefit than love.
In fact there are more men who love their wives than women who love their husbands. The reason is simple.
On the average men have more economic power. More women marry because of wealth than men who marry because of wealth. On the long run, many find out that money is not enough for happiness.
Clearly, this loveless relationship might never have happened or lasted this long if the guy didn't foot the bills. True. Hardly you see any conjugation that is not based on mutal benefit. And when that is gone/finished, the relationship will wreak. Just like the homily I heard today; we all misuse the word "love". We shld love out of nothing and for nothing. With all out hearts. "Making sacrifices is not always an act of love" |

If he loves you, he won't be keeping records of the things he has done for you.
He has no remorse and can't repent so should not be trusted.
Calculate your school fees en pay him bak.
Unless you want to marry him out of pity or because he is threatening you.
Na small case. |

Ugonnax: What does this have to do with the argument? Why didn't you ask this question under GEJ/Iweala?This is what we call Chewbacca Defense Mechanism in contemporary human psychology. If you are new in the country, ask around about the policies that brought about the exchange rate being high now in the "parallel" market. And you started the dollar argument bro. And for the argument?? You kno |
Politics › Re: We Need Okonjo Iweala Now More Than Ever by tolugar: 10:29pm On Jan 22, 2016 |
Ugonnax: Ok. Let me see if we can have an intelligent discussion. She came in 2010 when dollar was 160-165. In 4yrs dollar to naira hovered between 160-175, it was only around November 2014 that dollar began to go up and settled at 210 when she left. Now, realistically 160-210 in 5 yrs is reasonable. However under Kemi Adeosun barely 4 months in office, Dollar has skyrocketed from 210 to 305 in only 4 months...Jesus, this is disastrous and an invitation to anarchy. And if we implore linear regression...conservatively with current increment, dollar to Naira in one yr would 500 naira. I don't want to get too technical in monetary and fiscal analysis... Pls what's the current CBN official dollar rate against the naira |

naijaboy756: first thing I did was to check your moniker. I saw the name, hence I already know the kind of response I would get. I wish this administration can polish too. Great minds/people are known in challenges. Yes oil prices started dwindling months back but she put in measures that didn't allow us feel the downslide. I expect Saint APC party to do likewise and urgently too. We are suffering with no hope in sight. If you can argue out your points without sentiments (checking my moniker en APC stuff even tribal remarks), then mension me once more. It's only a fool that squanders his savings knowing too well income is not forth coming quoting you "but she put in measures that didn't allow us feel the downslide". In medical terms, the permanent way of tackling a pain is by treating the cause of the pain not only by inhibiting the "painful feeling " |

OkutaNla: Hahahaha. Look, you people need to get off your tribal high horses. Prof. Soludo that took your hero to the cleaners about her gross mismanagement of the country's finances in not a Yorubaman. If Iweala had done guided GEJ adequately during her 6-year tenure as Finance Minister we won't be in this mess coz they would have SAVED all that money that was made during the oil boom days to better prepare Nigeria for the low oil prices we're experiencing, diversified the economy, and even curb waster and corruption. And you are wrong about her leaving the dollar at 210, she left it at 215 and it has been downhill ever since then. I know she's your hero, maybe even from your state, but look, not all of us are high on your tribal weed. Receive sense, mr. man. Well said. Most people just want bed of roses. Yes things are hard now. But it ll be better. This is not time to lay blames but to support the administration in anyway we can. |

Ugonnax: Another sorry azz yoruba loser. Keep blaming her when she left naira to dollar at 210 naira but under your sophisticated weave-wearing rasterferan Kemi Adeosun dollar has gone up to 305 naira. Pls go and ask an expert why doller is at "305/ naira". Then you ll hv a rethink |

naijaboy756: how? Good qus But you'll have to go back memory lane. Most annoying was reassuring Nigerians that the economy "was strong and stable" when oil market was going down far below budget benchmark errh. An economy that is dependent on oil. Most of her policies though good but not ripe for the reality on ground. I keep telling folks that what we are seeing now, started happening from the previous administration just that they polish it to keep the masses happy. But everyone has faced reality. Now blaming it on this admistration. Patience folk. It will get better |
