If the concept of sin is truly understood, some questions will not crop up at all. Christianity is like advanced mathematics. We might get different answers or results, but we may still both be correct the despite the contrasting answers. The answer I give u may nt work for you. So I won't bother answer |

A gun and suicide bomb attack on Istanbul's Ataturk international airport has killed at least 28 people and injured up to 60. The Istanbul governor gave the new toll after reports of 10 fatalities. Up to three attackers were involved, with one reportedly opening fire with a Kalashnikov as they targeted an entry point to the terminal. Recent bombings in Turkey have been linked to either Kurdish separatists or the so-called Islamic State group. Tuesday's airport attack looks like a major, co-ordinated assault, says the BBC's Mark Lowen at the scene. Ataturk airport was long seen as a vulnerable target, our correspondent says. There are X-ray scanners at the entry to the terminal but security checks for cars are limited. https://ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/375/cpsprodpb/11E44/production/_90148237_mediaitem90148236.jpg Source: http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-36658187 |
We are in an administration in Nigeria in which we take news with a pinch of salt. Looking at the integrity this 6.6b Naira reduction, I will say it wasn't money that was being paid to civil servants. I guess some politicians were paying themselves huge amounts and that is what could have been cut off. Nigeria cannot have ghost workers whose salaries will amount to up to 6.6 billion Naira. My thoughts though... |
Abeg who dem pay the money o? We never see dem o. Una sure say ko be kano cows dem pay dos money like dis? |

NLC walks out of meeting with FG, begins strike today. The leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress on Tuesday walked out of the meeting held with the representatives of the Federal Government, vowing to go ahead with its scheduled nationwide strike on Wednesday (today). Representatives of the Trade Union Congress, who also attended the meeting, however, said the TUC would not join the strike. NLC President, Aliyu Wabba, led the labour delegation while the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Babachir Lawal, led the Federal Government delegation at the talks held in the SGF’s office in Abuja on Tuesday night. After the meeting, Lawal said, “The National Industrial Court has given an injunction that no strike by NLC and TUC should hold tomorrow (Wednesday). It is therefore clear that anyone embarking on strike tomorrow (Wednesday) is doing so illegally and government is assuring all Nigerians to come out and do their jobs tomorrow (Wednesday). “It the duty of government to provide security for her citizens and anyone who tries to coerce any worker to do their bidding would be made to face the law of the land. We had full cooperation with the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria and they said they are not going on strike. For them, it is a complete return to work tomorrow (Wednesday). It is not the same with the NLC however. They have two factions, one agreed completely with the position of the TUC.” Source: http://www.punchng.com/nlc-walks-meeting-fg-begins-strike-today/ |
onosprince:Bros, odd news sources say there are casualties. We don't know who to believe now. |
Talk is cheap. And has he gotten the followership that will ensure his victory in the election if he contests in the first place.? |
There's one issue disturbing me. I suddenly heard that fuel subsidy has been removed in Nigeria and that PMS will now sell for #145. I have no problem with that because I know it should make the product more accessible to buyers. It should be more readily available now and the price should be to a large extent, stable. What I have a challenge with however, is the set of people that had problems with it when the same step was taken by the previous administration. Where are the protesters at MKO Abiola garden? Whr are the ones at TBS? where's everybody? Everything just seem normal and we just hears murmurs, hisses and sounds of people accepting it as "fate". I don't even expect or pray for any industrial action of such but the whole episode now brings some questions... 1. Why is it that the people that were antagonists to the removal of fuel subsidy few years ago, now the ones implementing it? These are people who convinced the masses that there was nothing like fuel subsidy. People who turned the citizens against government, instigating battles that claimed lives of the innocent, and careless citizens. President Buhari said in December 2011 that... " According to him, ‘Nigerians are being deceived on the issue of fuel subsidy, The federal government takes out fuel for refining, only to come back and talk of removing the subsidy. That is nonsense and an attempt by a clique with the PDP led federal government to siphon the proceeds to be realized from the removal of oil subsidy”. Read more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/12/im-opposed-to-fuel-subsidy-removal-buhari/ The following is Osinbajo's statement... www.vanguardngr.com/.../fuel-subsidy-removal-it’s-senseless-oyegun- Osinbajo-others/ Read more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/?s=Osinbajo 2. What exactly do Nigerians want or what did we protest against in January 2012? Was it the leadership that we all fought against or fuel subsidy removal? That part is not too clear to me now. 3. What is the assurance that this present price will be stable and PMS will be available for all and sundry? I cannot ask all my questions now. I think we should answer these first. |

Network has issues sometimes. That may be the cause and the bank cannot just refund u money from another person's account. If the money didn't actually transfer to the other person, then they could ve refunded u. I ve made a transfer on it before that didn't deliver. It was refunded days later. Just as the person said, talk to the person u sent money to and let the person return it. Better luck later |
faaz24:Very true. The one I even find more disgusting is when a project is bring commissioned and the person in charge puts his scissors and says... "we commission this project in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost". I just wonder... Does this man even know what exactly he is talking about? Even a Muslim governor will say that during commissioning. So instead of watering our religious beliefs and ideologies in public gatherings like that, it is important to just find a common ground for all the different religious beliefs. That is what the second stanza of the anthem presents. Very good idea to use it. |
Well, I guess this is good news for us. Just hope that it will improve our economy rather than increasing fuel cost here in Nigeria. When the price was reducing in the world market, prices were not red in here in d same proportion. |
Ah. So kidnappers Don enta ogun state again. God help us o. |
Before u make dis conclusion, wait for about two months and check if that depot is still up and running. If it is, then make dis d first change. spartanobad:Didn't u hear @ d inception of dis administration dat Port Harcourt refinery was working? What is d condition now? |
Congrats to them. How many likes for the birthday boy... Today is my birthday |
When Kachikwu said Nigerians shud not expect improvement in d fuel scarcity till May, many wanted to crucify him. They made the poor man to apologize to what he knew was d truth. Obviously, y'all do not wnt to hear the truth. That is what landed us where we re now. It is lies y'all wanna hear. LIES...LIES...LIES...Propaganda... As for me and my house tho, there's always a lifting for us. |

vedaxcool:See dis ignorant being. Una don come again ba? Your words aint even coherent in any form. Do you know what national grid means? If yes, u won't say d national grid was sold. Jonathan's administration only sold Power Distribution companies to private owners. Transmission and Generation is still done by the fed govt. Jonathn left the office close to a year ago. I think tht shud ve been enough time for u and ur pple to stop d blame game. Power generation improved few weeks after dis administration came into power nd that achievement was credited to Buhari. Now that things in d same sector are happening otherwise, u come here to blame Jonathan ![]() In Jonathan's voice...Fear God! |
Abeg why be say na so so crime stories dey enta FP today. Abeg make we read better news na. Abi beta no dey? If e no dey make we kukuma dey without news. Bad news is not news jor! |
All dis benefits still boil down to "imports". I thought we are working on reducing to d bearest minimum our imports. This step does more of encourage imports from China. So 70% of Nigerian imports is from China ? Damn it!So what do we export to China? |
Broda. I don't think u've gone tru nysc before. If u ve, then you do not know what ur rights re as an individual. If u attend one cds in Onitsh North Local govt for instance, u will go straight to bed from there. That kinda company, I'm sure will not cre for u when you breakdown as a result of the workload. What u will not accept as a rich man, don't accept even when u're still struggling. alienvirus: |
