Aint d state governors supposed to come out and publicly defend the cause of their inabilities to pay before? What is d evidence that this particular rescue fund/loan will still be used appropriately and who's gonna pay the money back?

that bolded part requires u to get a letter of acceptance from d compny of choice and take it to camp as an evidence of acceptance by d company and ask nysc to post u dr. U will however need someone who will accept and attend to u.

Depending on d state and officials, it may work out like dat and it may not. In case u are turned down, u will ve to hold on to ur letter and use it after camp by making d employer appointed to u to reject u. Then u can go back to d nysc secretariat and say u were rejected but ve been accepted in dis particular company. That may however be easy to do if ur company is in d same local govt wit d place u are originally given. If not, it will be more complicated. My simple answer in dat kinda case is that "money answereth all things". I just hope u understand that.

Back then Lamido instituted a free education policy for ladies including added incentives like free notebooks and laptops. It was lauded but extremely under utilized. We had about 2000males to about 300females then (rough estimate). Hopefully, the numbers would have increased by now.

Hmmm...Well said. The fight against corruption will actually not put food on the table of the masses in d country. The rich will continue to gather more wealth, either he is probed or not. I'm not condemning d probes tho, don't get me wrong.
