First of all the appeal court has not made a ruling, they only set aside the judgment of an high court on the basis of not considering physical evidence, the appeal court has not issued any directive to inec ,the case just started. Second the appeal was made 95 days after judgment instead of 14 days after..... Everything is wrong with the journalist of nowadays.
