The next is for Inec to take care of LG elections.
At least our streets will be fixed, our drainage will be fixed, now we can hold our grassroot politicians and leaders responsible for bad inter street roads and blocked drainage rather than waiting for he governors to remember us in our area.

Also limit candidates to only stakeholders who have business, properties or have lived up to 10 years in the LG.Participation of independent candidates is also welcome

A great lie, Banjo is a puppet, the agenda was set long before Banjo was elected to attack Yorubaland, he was to be eliminated as soon as the Biafran captured Lagos, Banjo walked into the trap before he realized it was too late...

Banjo was nobody's puppet. His radio broadcast on the invasion was different from the presentation Biafra Hq gave him

few minutes after gifting out 10k this mrning..I remebered my resolve

E pain me, thats why i brought it to nairaland

My mind would harden after all the insults i receive

How I managed it is not to store phone numbers, except very close associates and it is going to be only one, even if they have multiple numbers. Call me with unknown number for years I won't pick,if you are smart send text message. Before the age of phone number detecting apps,I don't pick random numbers.

I just want you to know you are an angel and your kindness won't go unrewarded

AbokiWam:
My Salary is a little above #100, 000 naira, My friends know I am working which brings enormous pressure on me, They think it is a high paying job because of the Corporate dressing and all.

I don't Know if it is the hardship from this era, but now 4 out of every phone calls someone receives is usually them asking you to lend them money. Currently self I am skeptical of answering phone calls. Work Colleagues also do not spare you in this regard.

My problem now is I am too soft hearted, Any small story and I am already heading to my bank app to do transfer for,

Beginning of June, money I lent to a total number of 7 different people was running into almost 60,000 naira.
At the start of July, Only two people have paid me back (5000 & 4000)

Because of that I promised myself not to lend anyone money again from my salary, but Just this morning I got a call from someone I know , he was crying to me of his salary being delayed at work.
He pleaded with me to lend him #10,000 which I obliged, Knowing fully well I wont get my money back (He has borrowed 8k from me before without paying back)

I think something is wrong with me, I can even go to loan app to borrow and gift a friend if I don't Have

Same borrowing habit almost ruined my Dad, it destroyed his friendship with a close pal, he borrowed his friend #800,000 back IN 2011 when money still had value, the friend refused paying and that crumbled his business for a while.

My Mom have warned me if I continue, I might experience same.

I really need to change...
If every one should pay me money they have owed me, I would be able to buy honda baby boy
This is a bad habit I need to stop.

It is your nature. Even if you promised yourself to stop, you won't remember your resolve not to give when the next person comes asking

. Bro,with all due respect, you're one among the very few persons whom I respect so much here on Nairaland....

And I expect you to quite understand that,in life, there is what we call 'ideology' and everybody has got one or the other that he/she stands for,and no matter how the society may try to break such a person, he/she would rather die than let go off that ideology....... Funny as it may sound but I believe Professor Wole is one of those people who has such an ideology.....

Talking about the Jonathan's era,I was in My ND2 back then in poly ... And as a matter of fact,I was among the few youngies back then on campus who vehemently campaigned against his re-election.........Am I not a southerner like him? Yes,of course I'm.......But we thought Buhari was the messiah, just like many people do believe Someone today is gonna be their Messiah...But unfortunately,it all turned out to be a dream that later became a nightmare...

I'm sorry if my initial comment didn't go well with you,but that's just my own take....And the earlier a group of people start allowing others to be airing their own views on issues, the better for them....No be their papa buy me phone or data undecided

Aside the timing of the subsidy removal by Jonathan that was wrong, politicians used the fuel subsidy protest to demarket his government. They knew subsidy had to go,some of these politicians that participated in the protest were in Obj government when he wanted to remove it,even collaborated with the military when they proposed it. I did not vote Jonathan neither did I vote Buhari, actually I don't vote anyone
