Verve is acceptable in UK, US and UAE. Please clarify with your banks. I personally have a Verve and it doesn't disappoint me. and i don't think it matters the type of account you open. Our client is a manufacturing firm, which specializes in production of house-hold Cosmetics/ beauty products. We are currently sourcing a Factory Manager with experience working in the cosmetic sector. The Job Holder will be responsible for the following; • Providing leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the factory. • Working closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement. • Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets. • Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities. • Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the department by the workers. • Managing time-lines and work priorities, and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals. • Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the standard quality level. • Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan, and aligning it with general plant strategy. • Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs. • Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel. • Reviewing established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible. • Monitoring operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality. • Removing waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity. Education and Qualifications • HND/B.Sc. in Technology, Engineering or related field from a recognised higher institution • Minimum 7 years cognate experience in a key leadership/management role at a manufacturing facility. • Strong technical background for follow-up of maintenance team (generalist formation is ideal with strong automation knowledge). • Previous experience/broad understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies.
