Please I want to know what is expected of me to have and the neccessary plans like accomodation I should make as a first timer in a foreign country.
What is the first thing I should do before traveling out especially when you don't have anybody to stay with. And you intend staying for like 2 months.

Have you ever wonder what happen to the money collected by the federal govt as 2016 budget been used for?

Remember this #6.07 trillion happens to be the highest national budget in the history of Nigeria so far by this present administration.
Now checked the summary of how these budget were meant to be spent and ask yourself this simply question without minding which political party you belong if trully the 2016 with the huge amount budgeted for have been fully implemented yet they still want to borrow more.

GDP Growth Rate Projection: 4.37%

1.Works, Power and Housing: 433.4 billion Naira
2.Transport: 202.0 billion Naira
3. Interior: 53.1 billion Naira
4. Special Intervention Programs: 300 billion Naira
5,. Education: 369.6 billion Naira
6. Defence: 294.5 billion Naira
7. Health: 221.7 billion Naira
8. ministry of Interior: 145.3 billion Naira
9. Foreign and Domestic Debt Service: 1.36 trillion Naira
10. Sinking Fund towards the retirement of maturing
loans: 113 billion Naira
11. Non-debt Recurrent Expenditure: 2.65 trillion Naira.

Now can you carefully ascertain if our govt has worked according to their specifications. At each option and ask yourself this simply question 'this money that where awarded to this various ministry,how far have they used it ?'

2017 is almost on the way in less than 3months from now ,2017 budget will be submitted for implementation without exhausting 2016 budget.
Looking at the budget for education program which amounted to # 369.6 billion ,can you really say the ministyr of education has implemented 50% of their budget. to talk of ministry of transport with 202.0 billion, have they been able to award and complete at least a 10km federal road construction.

All we hear everyday is that 'govt will do this and that' but no serious policy to actualized these goals.everyday millions and billions of naira are being recover by EFCC to the federal account.last week the Federal road safety reported that they recovered huge amount of naira close to a billion naira from fines from car owners and road offenders. custom in their own way also release billions of naira to this same federal purse yet things are so difficult for people in the country.
In my humble opinion I will say that the senate should established an independent agency that will be responsible for audiiting federal accounts at the same time probe each ministry of the federal govt of the cash they were given to run their respective ministries not used before a new budget is implemented the coming year.with this it will go a long way in curtailing the embezzlement of public funds by govt officails.

When I was in the nursery school,at primary 4 and 5 I was almost the last person to school and my teacher then keeps complaining with their mouth but no improvment. To tell you the truth there are some sturborn students and pupils in school in that no matter what you said to them they can't change . Now at primary 6,I was moved to a different class entirely,the class teacher then was Mr. Non nonsense.this man doesn't tolerate nonsence at all,all the pupils in their class were the first to arrived school before 7:30am at times I don't eat in the morning .immediately it is 7:00am I will start rushing out of the house because I know the penalty of coming late and that training I got there for over 25 years ago has really help me now in that I can't go late for any function of occassion talkless of my university level.

So my brother if you like accept it,I agree with such teacher that purnishes a student for coming late because he or she will never depart from it.even the bible says train up a child in the way he should follow once he grow up he won't depart from it.

For IVM motors to succeed,the followings most be done.
1. The company should be mange by good technocrats to ensure safety of their vehicle.
2. The federal government should not See it as an igbo man bussiness alone rather as a nigerian business. there should encourage local producer like IVM by increasing the cost of importing cars to the country to grow local ones .
3. IVM should employ a good marketing manager that will market her vehicle using the MTN and COCA-COLA 360• Marketing strategy to every nook and cranny of this country. With this IVM will be Nigeria number one brand

What do you expect? don't you know that the cost of materials for the production of sachet water have increased. those materials re being imported as raw materials and re later transformed into finished goods. Sachet water companies now get the transformed materials at high cost now why won't they increase the price?? . I went to buy a sachet of pure water this afternoon and the lady there told my it is #15 for one and I thought she was joking.first I laugh but looking back at her face she was serious.
now going to the next shop I notice it was the same price and a full bag now is #200 instead of #100.
yes I know the manufacturer are doing this because of the sudden rise in dollar but my question is must it be on every goods. is it not meant to affect only imported goods.
let's know your own view towards this,are you in support of pure water seller selling sachet water at #15.
Remember for instance you are tasty now that means you will start budgeting for #15 to get yourselves a sachet of pure water.
