now your talking..a rail link that will link Agbor to Ahaba via ogwashi and have a major hub at ontisha - migbidi axis with intersection at Mgbidi/orlu zone and Oguta that will be nlinked to the lake incase of the dredging...the onitsha major Hub will connect Enugu Nsukka and abikiliki... then with Western hub connecting Aba, Alaoji, Igwocha and possibble terminating at Atlantic this will ensure speedy logistic and people movemnt...the rail will be fitted with wifi and the coaches in classes then we can also have open cargo rail that will bring in good from the ports of Ibaka, Uguta and river bank of Onitsha and port of Igwo Ocha (Port Harcourt) We will get there..thank lord that south Eastern Governors are in collaboration with Ifeanyi Okowa of delta state and we know the Ibibio(AkwaIbom) and Efiks are our natural ally... these plans will be in blueprint OGOg: |
The holiday complex situates in Oguta local government Area of Imo State about 40km (forty kilometres) away from Owerri, the Capital of Imo State. Oguta Golf Course, the only lakeside golf course in Nigeria which is 18 standard holes then you can take your kids to the mini recration park all over seeing the lake maybe you can do crocs watching etc.... as I said before...We value comfort and family life...we cant afford our kids to be hanging around in bus stops or lazying about claiming son of soil...it is not our culture so we create an enabling enviroment for our kids to soar without looking at any bagga face

Dear Ummune, They ask why we go home every christmas, it is a period we take stock of our years in sourjourn, build structure, build relationship and network new businesses and venture. that is what is called group economics...right from inception of this hell hole called a country...the igbo man has been feared and resisted...no apology for this whatsoever, this aint bragging but reality and when we have checked our check list we realised that onye ajulu adighi aju onwe ya...what did we do...we built indivodually and communually while dem dem feel they are flexing we were building and we will still build.... “For what? Why would I even think of building a house in Lagos, a place that is not my village? I don’t mind that I am staying in a two bedroom apartment. I would rather use the money to build a mansion in my village than a kitchen line in Lagos or elsewhere,” “I know I don’t live in the village but I know I will retire one day. I am not ready to spend the rest of my life in the city. Will I be sharing my father’s old house with him when I retire? It is ideal for any normal Igbo man to build a house in his village even before building in the city,” We must first of all ensure economic domination and make sure our footprints are visibile economically not only in Nigeria but ECOWAS region, we must also recpatriate these capital home, just like Jews built Isreal after the Holocost, We must build Igbo Land after the Progrom of 1970 and I think we are in line and nobody will derail us. this is why we must keep building and working hard to ensure better igbo(id) land and unity. End of Discussion |
same with me...i think we should leave some section for pristine forest...maybe the okigwe enugu highway and enugu nsuka highway i want to be able to show my daughter crovcodile, show her hippo or chimp...she only sees that in movies...yes igbo land is urbanizing rapidky but we must also have conservation...i know most western region villages are living in conservation we need to build a natural park or conservation...maybe find a prototype igbo village built there with the 16th century setting of mud house, mbubo and ama..these are important .... it has been decades I have not seen a mud house in Anambra state...please where do we have mud house...i need to show my daughter what it is like to live in mud house and what it is like to drink that sweet water from earthen pot it is always cold do you know ezeagu: |

“Nigeria has now joined other countries experiencing advanced car jacking or should I say hacking. Items worth 200,000 naira was stolen from a car parked in the premises of one of the popular shopping malls in Lagos. CCTV footage showed the suspect walked up to the parked car which was already open via remote access and removed the items. The car owner testified that he met the parked car locked but the items were missing. This is just one of the many stories about the new trend of stealing from cars and in some cases stealing the car. Just last month, Wired released an article about two security specialists who commandeered a Jeep Cherokee’s onboard computers, and took control of the air conditioner, windshield wipers, and most terrifying, the accelerator and brakes. More recently, Volkswagen lost a two-year battle to suppress files about how hi-tech criminals are able to hack into their vehicles electronically. In Lagos Nigeria, a car parked at one of the popular shopping malls was robbed using hi tech electronics. The culprit was not caught. These news stories are leading motorists to ask the question: just how safe are modern vehicles? Carmudi, the safest way to sell or buy your car online, examines why Nigeria should be concerned about car hacking. Car hacking is a type of internet crime where criminals can seize control of a vehicle from their laptops, sometimes from across the country. With rapidly developing in-car technologies, vehicles are increasingly vulnerable to hacks, particularly the keyless entry hack and the UConnect hack. The keyless entry hack is a popular car exploit which works by intercepting radio signals to lock and unlock car doors. The hacker grabs the code and resends it to the car alarm. Voila! Open sesame. The criminals can proceed to take any valuables they find inside the car. The UConnect hack works by gaining access to the car’s internal network via the Wi-Fi hotspot enabling the firmware to be completely re-written in order to grant access to the car’s physical controls, making the car steer wildly, speed up or slow down and even blow out its tires. Car hacking is a growing problem in developed countries, particularly in the UK, where last year, 6000 vehicles were stolen using the keyless entry hack in London alone. But, is car hacking relevant in Nigeria? “Africa is experiencing a significant level of internet crime and it looks set to continue growing. With more than 49 million cyber-attacks recorded on the continent in the first quarter of last year, we can see the seriousness of the issue” said Carmudi. In 2013, Ghana was ranked second in Africa and seventh globally for cyber crime. The Communication Minister remarked that Ghana’s present ranking among the world’s top 10 cyber crime-prone countries is “a disincentive to investment in the country’s ICT sector.” The situation is just as bad in Nigeria, which suffered a $2.5 billion loss as a direct result of internet crime. OWERRI ON POINT SERIOUSLY
|
In the past, if you are going to pass through Warehouse junction, you have to add extra 20 minutes to spend along that road. That is when there is no serious traffic. Even as traffic has improved tremendously along that road, most Owerri residents still have it in their sub-conscious to always avoid that road. I remember some months ago I was heading towards New Market with a friend. The road was obviously the shortest route to our destination but he started turning towards government house before he was reminded that the warehouse road is now free. The space created by removing the Church has been replaced by an artificial water fall or do I say fountain? Decided to take some pictures of the place today to share with you. People have already started taking pictures around the place. And I think kids love it too..
