Quick question: Will I be allowed to withdraw say the next day to my skrill or neteller account after funding with 370/$.

I have been to the currency thread on nairaland & it is proven that predators are more than the honest.
Their skrill funds sometimes comes from MasterCard and Payoneer source & such funds are restricted & that's a waste of fees and part of capital
