Presently am suffering from what is affecting the OP now.
I'm having a lot of sweat and a headache coupled with weak joint.

How do I reduce my salt intake, though I eat lots of rice because it is the major food, indomie inclusive.

Bros, health is wealth. Try cooking your own food is you mostly eat out so can control your salt and carbohydrates intake. Try adding fruits and vegetables to your diet and do a malaria test or a general test to understand the cause of the headaches and weak joints.

When I had migraines was way back in high school and I remember it was a drug called cafergot the doctor prescribed for me and it worked for me. That was years back but you could inquire/Google it and see if they still produce it. By the way, first of all make sure you check your B.P because a high B.P causes such headaches so you won't be taking the wrong medication. Please take care of your health.

Migraine headaches could be triggered by different things but I personally don't think it wise taking advice from someone you don't know online on your health. They could prescribe something you've never heard about and it might worsen the situation. Just my opinion.
