REASON FOR SALE: My wife phone stolen on her way back from meeting on Sunday night, so I bought this phone yesterday so she can manage it till I am able to replace her S20 ultra as I have school fees to pay this January/February, but my madam don't want to use the phone lol, her fear is that I might not buy her S20 back if she starts using the Huawei and she is ready to wait till end of February when I will be able to buy the phone back for her

I bought it for 70k , but I can accept bid from 55k and above.

The second was at a place called Ikota, even with a new company car, only God saved me. I had to wake up by 3.30 am to hit the death trap called Third Mainland Bridge before 5.00am. Sometimes, I get home by 11.00pm. Ikota is on the way to Epe way beyond the island. Most times I feel sleepy while on wheels. Now, that is what you must never do: risking your life for money.

I suggest that you don't look at the money. Choose the job that has a better work condition and work environment. Better people to work with and prospect of giving you experience that you can leverage on to grow in a career or business. Good luck.

For me the structural influence of politicians is the big deal.

He gathers heads of households, entertain them, then tell them their collective direction on election day.

I then asked him why should they comply with his instruction, and he said few will deviate but majority will comply knowing fully well that if his candidate fail then his livelihood will be affected. And if their helper is affected then consequently their help too will be affected.

I've said this here multiple times... why try to fix something that's not broken... if you are not experiencing any major problems or issues with your phone, why don't you just keep enjoying your phone that way?... why the need or urgent urge to update your phone when an update pops up considering the fact that MIUI is buggy? these updates sometimes contains nothing significant.. seeing issues like "I updated my phone and I started experiencing blah blah blah issues" is tiring...

reason I don't rush to update.
I only use smart launcher instead of native MIUI .

True but billions of $ was spent to develop Abuja while Lagos was completely abandoned by FG. No significant FG infrastructure spending for over 37 years (when capital moved to Abuja). So the IGR template developed by Tinubu generated funds that led to renewal of Lagos. Without that fund Lagos may still be a derelict state like others in Nigeria

When you tell them about the role played by Tinubu, they will downplay it and say it doesn't matter.

They said raising IGR is nothing but hogwash, to them, IGR means nothing and should not be used as a yardstick to measure the performance of a governor.

This makes me wonder why everyman including Tinubus critics strives to grow their income. Every worker wants a pay rise, and a businessman wants a higher profit, but Tinubus critics say IGR doesn't reflect in the standard or the people.

How do you raise your standard of living if you can't generate enough income to meet your needs?

Now we are seeing the wonders that a high IGR can do for a state. Today, Lagos is setting another record in sub-Saharan Africa by modernizing its transport system.

Let other states increase their IGR so they can embark on transformation projects, I'm sick and tired of people defending mediocre when they should be talking, a state like Anambra should be on the course if the foundation laid by Chris Ngige to generate income for the state have been kept by the subsequent governors, today, Anambra has dropped on that ladder and it would take the state 7years budget to do what Lagos will do in a year with its budget of 1.7 trillion.

Let's all charge our state governors to perform and stop celebrating mediocrity.

If Tinubu has done it in Lagos, he will do it again at the federal level.
