If Russia continue to attack Ukraine at this rate for the next 2-3 months. Ukrainians will protest against their government. Which will likely bring an end to the war.

You seem to underestimate the Ukrainians. Lmao. Russian attacks will further create more Ukrainian soldiers that will move to the battlefronts. Ukrainians understand that giving into Russian demands will turn them to Belarus and this cannot be allowed to happen.

Nope. This is going to be a Mutually Assured Destruction if Moscow should use nukes. Nobody would be spared eventually.

A top Russian military blogger and veteran of several armed conflicts, Igor Strelkov, has reportedly gone to the frontline to fight against Kiev. A $50,000 bounty was issued for his capture in Ukraine.

Strelkov’s wife, Miroslava Reginskaya, posted a photo of her husband in fatigues on social media on Saturday, several days after Strelkov, whose real name is Igor Girkin, had stopped posting new messages on his accounts

Igor Girkin is wanted for the Malaysian Airline M17 missile attack in 2014. He was allegedly in charge of that operation.

Is Belarus going to join the war? They just accused Ukraine for plotting terror attacks inside the country. Will that be the pretext?

Poland is itching to fight Belarus. This might be their opportunity finally.

Who else is noticing this? The war is slowly crawling into Russia. I won't be suprise if the plan is to slowly take the war into Russian territory. It's becoming interesting. My own is to grab a popecorn and watch as NATO flaten the infrastructure in Russia.

Nuclear weapons will be used eventually at this rate with Russia using it first out of frustration.

Sorry, the war just enhanced Russia's military capabilities more while draining the west more. There is a reason why the Russkies aren't leveling Ukraine to the ground. Russia has all the resources to sustain a long haul.

So it is no longer three days. Kindly name one Russia official who gave a timeline for the war.

I am very correct on my assertion. As far back as December 2021, Russia was already sending troops to the Ukrainian border. They had over 3 months of planning to do before the invasion while pretending as if they were negotiating and lying to the entire world.

Wrong narrative entirely. Russia has underestimated and treated the Ukrainian offensive right from the start. They should have gone shock and awe right from the start.

Blah, blah, blah...we've heard this before. Russia didn't underestimate anything. They planned for this war for almost three months before invasion and they are still struggling till now.

...and almost immediately, Russia claims two Tajikistan terrorists attacked Belgorod recruitment area.

It is very obvious that Russia is lying and trying to whip up public sentiments against Tajikistan. Russia is known for setting up false flag operations to justify attacks on its perceived enemies.

A fire has been extinguished at an oil depot in the Belgorod region, which was hit in shelling from Ukraine, the emergency services told TASS on Saturday.

"The fire has been extinguished at a tank containing 3,000 cubic meters. No one was hurt," the spokesperson said.

Belgorod Region’s Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov also reported that the fire had been put out and its consequences were being eliminated.

One of the ten diesel fuel tanks was damaged in the fire opened by the Ukrainian armed forces on the oil depot in Razumnoye-71.

Most likely a Russian false flag operation. They have been launching missiles from the same Belgorod for several months now.

Please don't use Kyiv independent as a source. You can even quote westerns media like CNN but don't quite the mouthpiece of the Ukrainian military.
Is anyone complaining about the guys using Russian telegram sites as sources here also? If you have a contrary fact, then share your source. That way, we can filter out facts and fictions.

This ties into my previous argument that Russia abandons many of its dead on the battlefield. I just pity those mobiks most which have a lifespan of just over 14 days on the battlefield.

You cannot tell how much imports are flowing in. China and India combined are lmost self sufficient and can supply nearly everything Russia is not able to manufacture. Russia has vast resources too that the world needs

Nope, the 2021 statistics below says otherwise. More than 55% of Russia's imports have been wiped out by sanctions making the Ruble unnecessarily stronger. If you remove China and Belarus from that table, you will see that Russia heavily relied a lot on its Western allies as at 2021. grin

Of course, prewar and war population cannot be the same for both Russian and ukraine held territories where fighting has taken place. As at the time Russia entered Mariupol, population had decreased to just over 100,000.
Majority of the population in these areas migrated to western Ukraine. A large number were forcibly moved into Russia by filtration. Most of the building in those cities are mostly empty high rise buildings these days.

I just noted that whilst Ukraine is taking smaller cities and making noise about them, Russia is focussing on taking the major population centres.

Russia took over most of these territories at the onset of the war. It will be interesting to see how they will be retained without deportation and infiltration after a year.

Comparing populations of cities being taken by Russia and Ukraine

Ukraine
Balakliya: 27,000
Izyum: 40,000
Kupyansk: 21,000
Lyman: 20,000

Russia
Mariupol: 436,000
Severodonetsk: 110,000
Lysychansk: 90,000
Bachmut(next): 72,000

After the heavy bombardment of these cities by Russian Forces, I don't think these figures are current.

This may bring Saudi closer to Russia and should Russia broker a peace deal between them and Iran, US is finished in the ME. Similar thing is happening between China and India who used to be sworn enemies. Biden is not smart at all.

The Saudi/Iran feud is more religious than political and has persisted for over 1300 years. I don't think Russia can offer a truce on this. The only thing that may unite those two countries will be a mutual attack on Israel in the future.

Joe Biden actions towards energy has been to make it more expensive. Reduce America output, reduce Russia gas supplies by sanctions and inflaming the war, escalate ME tensions, if he dumps Saudia the oil market becomes volatile.
It would take several days to reverse the war on energy , Biden is making it worse
I'm wondering what the end holds, in Feb the rouble was 137 to the dollar, today it's at 62 to the dollar..looks like the Russian rouble has been strengthened by the war.Which is a sign Their economy is not doing badly.

A strong currency has nothing to do with economy, if you are in doubt, ask Ghana. Russian Ruble is strong because of numerous import embargoes due to heavy sanctions. Importation is very low at the moment, hence, spiking up their currency worth.

I don't think a negotiation should be encouraged as Russia cannot be trusted ever again. They will use the ceasefire interregnum to restrategise and then attack Ukraine again at some point in the future.
