No court ever told you they uphold a rigged election....Pray tell...Is there anywhere in Nigeria there had been free and fair election from 1999 till date

I seriously blame ihedioha's lawyer...They Won on the basis that the person who cancelled the fraudulent vote does not have the right to do that, which is true....the argument was never on whether they're real or not....they should have challenged that vote itself.

All the parties involved are even guilty of excesses. Some posters above me are making it look like only one individual is involved in the rigging.

Well, Nigerians believe and swallow everything. Thesame way INEC told us that all the registered voters in Okene Local government came out to vote for only APC in the just concluded Kogi elections... Over 98% voters turnout.

Court has a different approach to their judgements. They work based on evidences. Hope Uzor came up with evidences and even presented witnesses recognised by the court.

INEC, that is supposed to counter his claims kept mute.Even Ihedioha was consumed in battle of supremacy against his predecessor and his inlaw; people he perceived to be a treat.

It the case of a lion(Ihedioha) fighting an elephant(Rochas) trespassing his territory leaving a rattle snake (Uzor) he perceived to be small to wander freely on the same territory.

If truly Ihedioha is the choice of the Imolites, he can contest in the next election. Believe me people can vote in protest and no amount of rigging can stop that .It happened in Bayelsa.
