Hello boss, Africans way of accumulation of land doesn't have anything to do with been primitive but the way things are be done in this part of the world due to our present systems that give rooms to that.

Generally, anything that has to do with trading in landed properties (buying, rent, motgaging) is been refers to as "Real Estate"
