That would just be awful if he was. He recently went to Nigeria to visit for the first time since he came to America. I talked to him the whole while he was there and watched videos that he brought back of him and his family so if he is married he's very slick with it.

Because I care about him so much. I know it probably doesn't matter since it's already been done but I've stopped the physical involvement.

He says because he has too many things going on in his life right now and that he wouldn't be able to give a relationship 100%. I know he doesn't tell me everything but some of this includes him working trying to build himself financially and helping his family in Nigeria. And he'll say to me that he's on a mission to meet a certain goal, that's his focus and he's not gonna let anything get in the way of that.

This is my first time posting to Nairaland so please bear with me, I will try to make this as brief as possible,

I have been talking to this Nigerian guy for almost a year, hes very kind, attractive, treats me and my friends with ultimate respect, just an all-around nice guy, my problem with him is that he says that he is not ready for a relationship (for numerous reasons), which I respect, but I dont know if I should leave him alone or continue this thing we have, because either way I am and will be unhappy. (does that make sense?) He tells me that he never wants to lose contact with me because I am a good girl and that I have been there for him. Sooo, my question is, what advice would you give? Leave or stay?
