I didn't vote for Buhari because everybody must not vote for him, but I pray he succeed.

Just see how our youths are insulting themselves. Many cannot make their points free of abusive languages. Shame! In US, when a candidate win, they applaud the loser more and encourage the winner to carry everybody along. But here is insult.

I hope failure to listen to Obasanjo will not make Buhari evil and incompetence. Again, Buhari should be careful in fighting corruption because Obasanjo sounded like one seeking for revenge.

Am Igbo, but I voted for Jonathan not because he has performed but I felt that APC should have offered a better candidate and not Buhari. Jonathan is a dull candidate but I didn't believe in Buhari till tomorrow, but the people have spoken and so shall it be. I supported APC when they formed alliance and wanted to vote APC whether their candidate was a Northerner or not, but certainly I didn't want Buhari as an individual and not because he is Fulani, and will still vote against him till tomorrow unless he can now convince me through his performance.

The permutation is just personal thing, we need development that will benefit the masses. David Mark as Senate President has not brought any meaningful development to his people. Sambo and Tambuwal as Vice President and Speaker respectively have not done anything to their people. Development is the key and not personal post.

Before you think of killing Igbos, remember the power is not yet taken by you. Your tribe maybe lynched first. Though, peace is better, but no single person monopolize violence.

No apology for voting for a candidate I trust.

There is no shame in this one. It is election and everybody don't need to vote for one political party or one candidate. It is left to Buhari to convince the South-East and South-South that he could be trusted.

I believe Lagos State will fall to PDP considering the result of the Presidential election. The margin is close, and Jimi Agbaje that lost his ward will not lose it during Governorship election.

But you all assume the messiah is coming to turn Nigeria around for good? How I wish it will be so. But Nigerians high expectation may....

Lets try Buhari and see what he has for Nigeria.

Let him concede defeat, no excuse. I am an Igbo man that voted for Jonathan, but I never insulted any person or tribe. Our youths must learn how to be polite and stop insulting any tribe. We must stop hate messages.

The insults may trigger rejection of election results. Be polite and wait till you get to Aso Rock. You can't be insulting and threatening the man holding power and expect him to accept defeat.

At the Government Secondary School Yan Daki, Abubakar Abdulrahman is one of the many students in J.S.S 3 who has showed a readiness to vote in coming elections. Only one problem exists, in reality he is actually 13 years of age, and this makes him an underage voter.

Abubakar said that his father ordered his wives and children to get themselves registered in order to partake in the coming elections.

He was registered by Youth Corpers who participated in the recent registration exercise as ad-hoc staffs of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), during the registration exercise along with several boys in his age group. His two friends and classmates Adamu Danladi and Abubakar Sabi are also among those who were registered to vote.

John (real name withheld) who as a corp member in Kaita said that it was common practice for corp members to take the registration materials to residential apartments where they register who families turn by turn.

“Sometimes even at night, they will bring food for us, and someone will volunteer his generator for us to work till late night. If you don’t agree, the local will start acting negative towards you, so most of us just do it.”

Abdullahi said only his sisters were excluded from getting registered.

“We are seventeen, my father has ten boys, and seven girls, but is only the boys that my father told us will vote.”

When asked why he was going to vote in coming elections Abdullahi said he wanted to also be responsible for a change in government in his country.

Several students at the school which is about 20 minutes drive from the Katsina State Government house, said that they were also going to vote, but were reluctant to getting interviewed.

Abdullahi says the he wants to grow up to become a nurse, and has undergone training in local herb administration from his grandfather.

In 2011, there were allegations against the INEC that massive underage voters had participated in the elections.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on March 7, 2015 seized the Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) of some voters who where clearly below 18 years of age as stipulated by the Electoral Law.

INEC Electoral Officer in Kumbotso Local Government Area of Kano, Alhaji Idris Taoheed Kodo, ordered the seizure of the PVCs at the venue of the field test of the card reader machine, following a formal complaint to the appropriate authorities.


This is rigging itself by APC, and after they will accuse PDP of rigging. No wonder the North has millions of voters cards. The very reason they said Jega is biased and must go.

Can't you see the character assaination of buhari and the North in general? How can PEJ insult the north and Apc supporters when the chief ccampaigner of her husband is from the north? Is the Vp not from the north?

Desperation to win elective positions in Nigeria and the backward mentality that we have lost our God's given right to South is the cause of division and hate messages in Nigeria. APC's propaganda resulted to hatred among Nigerians, and PDP later joined in Propaganda. Blame APC for division in Nigeria.

And INEC has been ready before 14th February, 2015.

But who told you the little boy was Wole Soyinka?

They got such a good result even with the living conditions in prison. Meanwhile some ppl with A/C's blowing their skull will still fail woefully.

While some folks couldn't see your reason, instead their statements suggests regret to the very freedom they have, but prefer the condition of incarceration as a positive factor to the prisoners success.

This Oritsejefor made a lot of enemies for speaking out against boko haram onslaught against Christians in the North. The most painful side of it is that APC and Muslim faithfuls wickedly kept propaganda rolling against this man of God, and even some blind Christians fell for this devilish blackmail.
