There were more Northerners in Jonathan's Government than Southerners |
Who knows, another Late Cynthia's case had been averted. Watch the kind of people you go out with. |
EggovinMma:Nice, and then, I really wish you well. |
EggovinMma:OK, I was just thinking you grouped me together |
EggovinMma:From my comment above, I sympathized with this one. Am I a rapist too? |
The whole world should note the phrase “ONLY SIX TIMES”. It is good he specified “Only Six” to avoid those that will go about exaggerating the number of times as if he has been sleeping with his daughter for 30 times. Again, he said he started it “Just Last April” and has not been long so that some people who like to gossip will not go about telling the world that he has been sleeping with her for 5 years. It was ‘Just April.’ Hear him again; it was “devil” that caused it. I think we should reason with him because we know how devil works. I sympathize with him because this ‘devil’ pointed gun at his head and stripped him off his cloths and then ordered him to have carnal knowledge with his daughter or risk being shot. So, to save his life, he had to do it. The Judge should please consider all these when pronouncing judgment. |
A 34-year-old factory worker, Mohammed Ahmed, on Wednesday said he raped his daughter six times. Ahmed, who was paraded by officials of the Osun State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps said he started having sex with his 14-year-old daughter ( name withheld) in April, 2015. The distraught primary five girl was not allowed to speak with PUNCH Metro. Ahmed said, “I have two wives. The first had left and she gave birth to three children. The second wife gave birth to two children before she died. “This one is the first child of my first wife. I don’t know what came over me in April when I started having sex with my daughter. I had sex with her only six times since April 2015.” The Head, Public Relations and Protocol Unit of the NSCDC, Mr. Wale Folarin, said the command was alerted to the man’s act by one of his neighbours. Folarin said, “The incident was reported to us by a neighbour, who said he used to hear the cry of the girl every night. The girl confessed that her father had been raping her.” http://www.punchng.com/news/i-raped-my-daughter-only-six-times-factory-worker/ |
Why IBB removed Buhari - Lol |
This Fashola, na waah oo |
The car can't fly, and yet it costs more than helicopter. Does it make sense when you have over 50 luxury cars, yet you are added another luxury liability? |
These people are rogues, and no wonder despite Lagos huge Internally Generated Revenue {IGR}, Lagos State is still owing 44% of the country's debts while the rest of the 35 states are owing just 56% with the exception of Anambra and one other state without debts on their necks. Meanwhile, if Stella Odua was sacked for using N135M {One Hundred and Thirty Five Million Naira} to buy 2 bulletproof cars, then Fashola who spent N139M {One Hundred and Thirty Nine Million Naira}on the drilling of two boreholes should be cooling off in jail by now. The people are gradually seeing that Saint Fashola is becoming the worst looter in Nigeria as events continue to unfold. Surprisingly, these people kept praising this man throughout his 8years in office? Praise-singers and sycophants promoting thieves. Fashola is not the only thief. They are many, and I want former Abia state Governor, T. Orji be probed. He is a rogue. |
SexyStrawberry:But the love was no longer there. |
Don't ever accept friendship zone. Some years back when I wanted a particular girl, but she told me we could be friends but I told her instead of that friendship, let me go my way. She said no problem, I can go. I deleted her from my mind, and few months later she went to my friend and cried out that she didn't know I meant it when I said I would go my way. She tried to use my friend to bring me back but I rejected her because she was no longer in my heart. |
Am not trying to abuse Yorubas, and I have not done that before, but I'm just trying to put straight the record. |
There is nothing like Igbos crying. They need to call the attention of the Presidency, and it seems the South West derive joy in marginalization and if given chance, they will not allow any other zone see any development in this present government. I have heard from many Yorubas that they voted against Jonathan simply because they they were not well represented in his government, and yet they preach against sentiment. The Yorubas had been in opposition since 1960s voting along regional party and nobody accused them of voting based on ethnicity. Infact, they were the ones hailing themselves for keeping their identity, and just in 2015 their eyes got opened and they became mature in politics to realize they were playing backward politics, and the so-called regional party identity was retrogressive. Every region was carried along during Jonathan's regime and nobody heard, 'don't give or do anything for any state or zone because they did not give him much votes'. That is maturity and democracy at work, and not the winner takes it all. But why now? |
Probably, this is the change we hear everyday. |
Probably most people don't know the reason why Wole Soyinka was given Noble Prize Award. It was obvious that the Late Chinue Achebe was the favourite to win Noble Prize ahead of Wole Soyinka but Chinue Achebe was denied the award because he was the only person in Africa that stood and criticized the Western countries of been biased in giving award. He told them that in giving award, they should not only judge based on their {Western}perception of writing, but they should also look at it based on African perception. This did not go down well with the Western countries who knew that the Late Chinue Achebe had exposed their biased judgement. So, to punish Chinue Achebe, they looked for his rival Wole Soyinka who was far behind the Late Achebe and gave him the Noble Prize thinking that would provoke hard feelings on Late Chinue Achebe. Before then, nobody from Africa had won the award, and it was after Late Chinue Achebe criticized them that they decided to give it to Wole Soyinka. The Late Chinue Achebe was well known in the world than Wole Soyinka in everything. |
The Channel Television showed this helicopter today during their news. The helicopter was actually seen flying and landing. It is true. |
coolscott:How can you read it because facts are tabled before you now and suddenly you claimed you didn't read it because you cannot dispute it? Tell us your tribe and notable people that have excelled for us to know them. Just ranting everywhere does not hold water. Igbos are struggling to compare themselves with Japan and you are bringing a lazy, backward and unknown tribe to compare with Igbos. |
coolscott:If you are from South-south, which tribe? I know Igbo tribe are superior to other tribes in Nigeria both in science and technology and even sports and commerce. Please mention which area your tribe is superior to Igbos. Educationally we are ahead and militarily we dictated the pace in 1960. We don't rely in oil because it can dry tomorrow. We now produce cars and your tribe cannot boast of a wheelbarrow and yet you brag ignorantly just because of oil that can dry tomorrow and your tribe will be worst than Somalia. Can your tribe fight and sustain a war without relying on importation of arms? Those are the things that make people strong. You cannot produce even pump action gun. How dare you compare your people with Igbos that can produce their own rockets and guide them to targets? Your people are far from being tagged inferior to Igbos. It is incomparable and don't go there. Saudi Arabia with all their oil cannot attempt to claim superiority over Japan. What you can produce is what makes you great and not a lazy tribe that is so backward virtually in everything comparing itself with highly industrious Igbos. |
Ymodulus:Check out your lies and divide tactics: You said Igbos brought war upon themselves and brainwashed Deltans and others to fight alongside with them. But Nzeogwu was from Delta State, though, there was nothing like Delta State before the war and his coup was tagged Igbo coup. During 1966 genocide in the North, the Deltans and others were tagged Igbos and massacred. Again, Murtala Mohammed gathered hundreds of young men in Delta State and shot them just in a bid to deal with Igbos. Yet, you said Igbos brainwashed them to fight the war. You try to separate Igbos to achieve your political interest and after that you dump and tag them Igbos. Yes, they are Igbos, but I don't want Ikwerres to join us because we Igbos don't need them. Anybody with Igbo name and speak Igbo is Igbo. There was nothing like South-south in any map in the world. The name South-south was introduced to further divide Igbos, and state was human creation and not from God. The God had already created them Igbo no matter the state you drafted them into. The Ijaws have learned their lessons that they were dining with their enemies for so long. |
I was in the said Airbus belonging to Firstnation that wanted to take off when the aircraft that arrived from Abuja was misdirected and hit the one parking. The Pilot of the Airbus that parked at Gate 4, Capt Santoja who told me he is from Spain during our interactions said the aircraft just returned from C-Check from Hungary and he flew it back to Nigeria yesterday being Thursday, 16th July 2015. We later found out that the Pilot that was returning from Abuja is well experienced and he is one of the best Pilots during Nigeria Airways. Anything can happen when the time comes. We thank God we were all safe. |
Madam Ngozi is so nice. |
Very painful! I saw him last 2 years during my visit. A friend to my younger brother. |
This "Bring Back our Girls" group is behaving as if the military guys are folding their hands. They can visit Sambisa Forest to get first hand information. |
@OP, Don't mind those guys trying to correct what they don't understand. Let them read the post again. You are 100% correct. The post is not saying the aircrafts are for "sale". Let me quote the sentence below for them to read it once again. This English is even borrowed. "According to an aviation source, who is aware of the directive to sell the aircraft, the presidency has a number of serviceable and unserviceable aircraft that need to be disposed of in order to reduce the amount spent by the federal government for aircraft maintenance annually." |
@OP - I don't understand your point here, both Lawal and Saraki are Northerners. Maybe, you're talking of fellow Southerners denying Gbajiamila Speakership. But if he had emerged as Speaker, it would still be of no benefit to the South-East and South-South. The harm of betrayal had already been done during Presidential election, and the North will continue to have it all because South West will always be without the support of the other two regions from the South, and the two regions will be without South West. Then, lets see how South will grow politically. It is one Nigeria devoid of ethnicity and religion. Lets continue to pretend but lets not cry. |
Had this been a developed country, Buhari would have been asked to resign within one week. You practice fully what you entirely condemned. |
Radio Stations? |
Just a corner and not a street. Well, from corner, we may rise to have a street? If only photoshop or graphic work is not at work here. |
MASSOB members should be released as for Rev King, we should put into consideration the family members of the lady he killed. If he should be forgiven, they must first hear from Late Ann family members if they are ready to forgive him. Though, I don't think Rev. king committed half of the crimes Major Hamza Mustapha committed, but the Northern Elders rallied around him and got him saved. So, is all about forgiveness, but for the sake of justice, Rev. King's judgement should be reversed and at least, life imprisonment is better than outright forgiveness. |
