I don't think you know how AliExpress works with their refund policy. besides, that's anker's official store with 98% positive feedback so you have nothing to worry about. I've bought a lot of things on AliExpress to know better. won't you say just anything to scare the other guys that don't know better just to buy from you? is that not how it works? wizzy89: 1 Like |

Calling Linda Ikeji a 'Jill of all trades' is a bit cliche these days. As far as the gossip/entertainment industry is concerned, Linda's been there and done that. She knows everyone by first name basis and has been in entertainer's inner circle. It's safe to assume Linda's the 'all-seeing-eye', the oracle of the Nigerian entertainment scene's delphi. The only problem is, Linda isn't satisfied with seeing and knowing them all, Linda wants to own all of Nigeria's entertainment scene and dismissing her lofty ambitions would be perilous to her doubters. It seems the next item on Linda Ikeji's agenda is to have her long, shapely fingers in every entertainment industry pie, this she started with her decade-old gossip machine, Linda Ikeji Blog, then she launched her well-received Linda Ikeji Social (LIS). Having taken her time and milking LIB for what it's worth, Linda seems to be ready to take on the whole Nigerian entertainment industry scene and who says she can't win this war (if there's anyone contesting for rulership of the industry in the first place). For starters, there's no structure, organization or standard overseeing the music entertainment scene, there are no minimum entry requirements, so...welcome Linda Ikeji Music (LIM). Don't worry about PMAN, they'll be alright once they receive their loyalties on time and when due. Will the Switch finally revive Nintendo as a true competitor, or will it be just another Wii U? If anyone is familiar with the YouTube channel TechnoBuffalo, they’d probably have come across a video series named The Console Wars. This is a series of videos that is dedicated to pitting gaming consoles from major companies against one another in a battle for supremacy. The series analyzes various features of game consoles namely media playback, CPU and GPU power, video output options, connectivity options, online gaming, console form factor, controller form factor, amongst many others. This video series started with the 7th generation consoles, the PS3 and XBOX 360. But surprisingly or unsurprisingly, the series creator and narrator Lasse Pulkinnen left out Nintendo’s Wii, which also happens to be a 7th gen console. First, let’s take an in depth look at the Nintendo Wii. This console launched in 2006 as Nintendo’s flagship 7th gen console. The Wii introduced a motion sensing controller that instantly made it popular. The controller allowed players to use physical movements to control on-screen characters, a feature which was unheard of with the PS3 and XBOX 360. For example, in a baseball Videogame, in order to swing a baseball bat, the player actually swings the controller like a bat. This system was much less expensive than Microsoft and Sony’s consoles, and was more appealing to kids of varying ages. The Wii also lacked support from major third party developers, and thus was much less compelling to traditional gamers. Perhaps it was omitted from the console wars because it eschewed technical prowess for an innovative motion-based controller, we’ll never know. read more at techazuri: http://techazuri.com/read/how-will-nintendo-s-switch-fare-in-the-console-wars-/49rv293zg6 |

While it might have been devoid of the pomp, pageantry and fireworks (her fans were expecting a launch gala or party not this dry launch). Linda Ikeji has successfully rolled out her much-anticipated Linda Ikeji Social network. In Linda's own words, Linda Ikeji Social (LIS for short) is a hybrid of her Linda Ikeji Blog (LIB) and Facebook. The gossip-merchant in a 10-minute LIS intro-video on LIS said she was inspired by an acquaintance who said he couldn't go a day without visiting LIB and Facebook. Linda had a lightbulb moment and LIS was conceived and unleashed on Nigerian social media scene. She assembled a team of developers and the journey to a fully Nigerian-owned social network began. Teething problems? That comes with the territory and the first early users of LIS encountered is that of logging in. Users can't log-in via email. Your email verification won't arrive till the return of Christ. For a social network being sold like the best thing since Jollof rice, that's so lame. A big fail. Signing up via email doesn't return any inquiry, don't bother, just save yourself the stress and create your LIS account via Facebook. When you eventually do make it and sign in via Facebook, well, welcome to jungle fever! The page is so busy. Full of everything. Stories, adverts, banner-ads, everything is there. Is this a social network or an ad network? On that account LIS, needs to work on being user-friendly. Facebook has everything but still managed to be visually pleasant, LIS needs to unravel this matter and get more users on board. Don't cram too many things on the page, makes it too 'busy'. Why drag Nairaland into a social network affair? Why should Nairaland bother about LIS where Facebook and Twitter never cut down in their online followership market? LIS is making a crazy offer Nigerian online forums aren't making. She intends to make paparazzi out of her fans (and every Nigerian online). Imagine getting paid N1,000 for every story vetted and posted on LIS, some young buck can make a killing out of this. All the user has to do is send in an original story backed by pictorial proof/video and kaching! (the sound of a cash register) straight to the bank for LIS users. Everyone with a phone becomes a member of LIS paparazzi and everyone's privacy gets violated like crazy. Nobody's safe from getting clicked anywhere, everywhere. Nairaland gets its posts/contributions free of charge, imagine where all the online traffic goes when LIS starts throwing cash at contributors. That's dangerous for Nairaland but delicious to the Nigerian youth looking for a quick buck. The potential of LIS is beautifully scary but sounds great if a Nigerian-owned social network kills it, doesn't it? Still watching how it all goes down in the next few days. Linda should get ready to start printing her own money. Who knows, she might be getting listed on the NSE by November 1, 2017 Source: techazuri.com/read/linda-ikeji-goes-for-nairaland-users-as-she-launches-the-much-anticipated-lis/3ymd35zqjp |
