Please can any one tell me how to set up an internet cafe in a small town.
I know this will be easy in a city like Lagos, but this is going to be in a small town.
There's no internet cafe in my village even though it boast 2 secondary schools.
All responses will be appreciated.

Is it not too convenient that after certain countries acquired nuclear weapons they tried to stop developing nations from acquiring same. I have repeatedly said to you that, what is good for the goose is good for the gander. First America will have to destroy its own stockpiles of nukes, then and only then will it have the moral duty to tell other nations not to build nuclear weapons. Is this too complicated for you to understand?

People who hate Bush does so because of his goverment's policies which they dislike, those who hate black people does so because of our skin colour (prejudice).Comparing the hatred people have for Bush's racist policies with the racism black people face because of our colour was unintelligible.

The people who think badly of black people are racist. Its called prejudice.
