I made a post about a month ago on Nairaland about my landlord. He gave me a quit notice when my rent is yet to due, we have not been in good terms, I was rest assured that I still have three months left so no need to panic.

I got home now and saw carpenters removing the roof of my apartment with two abled young men which I haven't seen their face before, the roof of my apartment has been removed now.

I went to the nearby station to lodge a complain but I was told the man had come earlier, and told the police has giving me quit notice that he wants to renovate his house.

It's really a hard time for me and my siblings, getting a quick accomodation. He never informed us of renovating the apartment, I just lost my job last week and this is happening to me again.

My life is in a mess right now as I don't know where to start from, this is just a challenge for me and I will stay stronger and fight this battle till the end, probably God is preparing me for a better place ahead....

Before your landlord will go to that extent then u must have been a very troublesome tenant who thinks tenants have advantage over landlords so they can misbehave anyhow..just the way u have ur pressing issues thats how he also has his own..tenants like u are very arrogant and wicked and u got served by a landlord who beat u to ur game.

Hmmm. I still think diplomacy is the best way around this. UK, US and NATO should make an agreement to not accept Ukraine into NATO, and should also make Russia sign an agreement to not invade or intimidate Ukraine going forward. I very much understand Putin's thinking. When I moved to the U. K for my master. I stay in an flat which consist of many white English boys. So an England boy called Harry decided to show me the equipment in the apartment. The next day his girlfriend came visiting him and was smiling at me and i just reply her with a bone face and left. Then after sometime he came apologising to me that what he did to me was wrong that he did it under the influence of acholol which I know but I said to myself for him to say this to me when he was drunk meaning he has been harbouring such thoughts in his mind and the alcohol just gave him the courage to express his racist characters to me. 3 Children in my house are missing today Fri 18.2.2022.

How it happened:
An exiting tenant of about 2 month handedover the room to another person (Two women: they should be in their 30's).
According to them (the women) they said they are student and came to Lagos to write an exam at ikeja so they just need a place to stay for 3weeks to 1 month.
They moved in without any load. (Just new bucket and broom)
They came very friendly and nice especially to the children.
On Friday evening they bought biscuits et el for the children. This was around 5:30-6pm.

Shortly after that they left with the 3 children. According to neighbor, the women said they want to go to bus stop to change a trouser they bought as it's not their size. That was when they left with the 3 children and didn't return till now.
Also on Thursday when they moved in with all the friendliness, promised some of the children that she'll take them to ShopRite tomorrow (Friday)
All effort to reach them have prove abortive as there's little or no information about the women.

Name of the children (3-5 yrs): 1 boy, 2 girls
1. Peter. 3yrs
2. Chiamaka
3. Miracle

A brief description of the women: one is chubby and the other is tall but not slim. They speak pidgin fluently and igbo. One of them claim to be from delta. They are both fair.

If you see or have any info about them please report to the nearest police station. (It has also been reported to the nearest police station (Ajuwon, Ogun State).

It was a Saturday evening, I decided to chill out not too far from house.

Getting to the place, I ordered for my brand of drink, served and settle down to enjoy my Saturday evening . Two guys came in, sat infront of me and having their drinks. I dey always like to mind my business so I followed the tradition.

After some time, one of the guy initiated conversation, as usual, I am used to story from people drunk or not . In order to placed him to where he belongs, I told him I couldn't hear him clearly cos of the background music. That we should move aside so that I can hear whatever story he might throw which can't be more than money.

As expected the guy started 18th century story, I bluntly told him, straight to the point. He said he needed some money, I didn't even allow him to go too long before telling him that I only came out to enjoy my self that I already budgeted the money I am having.

Then he asked if I could buy him drinks, meanwhile, this guy already shared two whisky which I bought cos that was the origination of the conversation cos he asked if he could share, I told him but you have been sharing from my drinks, why buying you new one.

Then he said that's okay but he has little last request, I asked what, he said he wanted to call someone, if he could make use of my phone, I was gladly ready to do that cos that wouldn't cost me much, I even recharged extra airtime for him to enjoy himself.

I returned back to my drink expecting the guy to return, after 5 mins of waiting for him, I tried to look for him, he has disappeared into thin air . Same as his friend..
