National security supersedes anything else. If you know the history of the US and Russia relationship, you would understand better. If we have to go by morals and sentiments, we would say Russia is wrong but in the interest of Russia's security and national interest, they have every right to do what they are doing. Maybe you should ask your darling US, why they are fixated on building military bases round Russia. Maybe there's something they forgot in eastern Europe or that they misplaced that they are looking for. Morals and sentiments would take the back seat when national security of a country and world power at that, is acting. I've asked most of you that have replied me before to give me an answer as to why America wanted to go to war with Russia when Cuba(that shares a border with the US) wanted the Russians to set up a military base in Cuba.

Bro the American cuban missile crisis isn't same with this present situation o,then the Soviets wanted to install their nuclear armed missiles in cuba, key word NUCLEAR ARMED MISSILES O..Y?? But here we are in Ukraine its NOT as if the US said they are even building a military base there,let alone installing anything NUCLEAR in Ukraine,hell no body even said they are asking Ukraine to join NATO sef so whats the threat there to Russia's national security?

Just that Ukraine may be harbouring the idea of Joining NATO and will you blame them?when you have a constant bully hovering around you it is just natural to seek ways to help yourself standup to the bully. Hmmm. I still think diplomacy is the best way around this. UK, US and NATO should make an agreement to not accept Ukraine into NATO, and should also make Russia sign an agreement to not invade or intimidate Ukraine going forward. I very much understand Putin's thinking. No matter how much freedom and liberty we think Ukraine deserves, it would be foolish of Putin to trust the west and allow NATO admit Ukraine and now use them as a base to attack him in the future. No sane leader would allow that. Not one who has seen several wars and certainly not a man of Putin's calibre.

When I moved to the U. K for my master. I stay in an flat which consist of many white English boys. So an England boy called Harry decided to show me the equipment in the apartment. The next day his girlfriend came visiting him and was smiling at me and i just reply her with a bone face and left. Then after sometime he came apologising to me that what he did to me was wrong that he did it under the influence of acholol which I know but I said to myself for him to say this to me when he was drunk meaning he has been harbouring such thoughts in his mind and the alcohol just gave him the courage to express his racist characters to me. 3 Children in my house are missing today Fri 18.2.2022.

How it happened:
An exiting tenant of about 2 month handedover the room to another person (Two women: they should be in their 30's).
According to them (the women) they said they are student and came to Lagos to write an exam at ikeja so they just need a place to stay for 3weeks to 1 month.
They moved in without any load. (Just new bucket and broom)
They came very friendly and nice especially to the children.
On Friday evening they bought biscuits et el for the children. This was around 5:30-6pm.

Shortly after that they left with the 3 children. According to neighbor, the women said they want to go to bus stop to change a trouser they bought as it's not their size. That was when they left with the 3 children and didn't return till now.
Also on Thursday when they moved in with all the friendliness, promised some of the children that she'll take them to ShopRite tomorrow (Friday)
All effort to reach them have prove abortive as there's little or no information about the women.

Name of the children (3-5 yrs): 1 boy, 2 girls
1. Peter. 3yrs
2. Chiamaka
3. Miracle

A brief description of the women: one is chubby and the other is tall but not slim. They speak pidgin fluently and igbo. One of them claim to be from delta. They are both fair.

It was a Saturday evening, I decided to chill out not too far from house.

Getting to the place, I ordered for my brand of drink, served and settle down to enjoy my Saturday evening . Two guys came in, sat infront of me and having their drinks. I dey always like to mind my business so I followed the tradition.

After some time, one of the guy initiated conversation, as usual, I am used to story from people drunk or not . In order to placed him to where he belongs, I told him I couldn't hear him clearly cos of the background music. That we should move aside so that I can hear whatever story he might throw which can't be more than money.

As expected the guy started 18th century story, I bluntly told him, straight to the point. He said he needed some money, I didn't even allow him to go too long before telling him that I only came out to enjoy my self that I already budgeted the money I am having.

Then he asked if I could buy him drinks, meanwhile, this guy already shared two whisky which I bought cos that was the origination of the conversation cos he asked if he could share, I told him but you have been sharing from my drinks, why buying you new one.

Then he said that's okay but he has little last request, I asked what, he said he wanted to call someone, if he could make use of my phone, I was gladly ready to do that cos that wouldn't cost me much, I even recharged extra airtime for him to enjoy himself.

I returned back to my drink expecting the guy to return, after 5 mins of waiting for him, I tried to look for him, he has disappeared into thin air . Same as his friend..

There is this lady I love so much, we work at the place, and we were good but she happens to be a Jehovah witness.

We have been dating for a year and half now but most times I have issues with her texting other guys and she kept saying they are just friends.

Just yesterday I just login to her Facebook because she gave me her phone sometimes to help her format it and restore her apps back but she could not remember her password, so I had to reset it and get them working.

So I login to her Facebook then I realized she has been sneaking out to see another man who happens to be a witness because my place of work . We spend 2 months in and 2 weeks out , even her time off she plan on going to see him yet lied to me she wanted to go write exams and look out for other opportunities and she told me we would see when we out and spend time together .

Like we go on leave and off days same time ,for me we were so close and we even kissed and hugged that same week. Like she was already certain to end up with this guy yet she still call me and tell me she loves me . But one thing about me is I can't keep things to myself I got mad then I texted her .

She greeted me well then I suddenly asked her about the guy . She denied it totally and asked if I had a prove . Then I sent a screenshot then she said "did I not tell you that I can't marry someone who is not a witness then I was like Bleep". This same person we talk almost everyday , see everyday , kissed and do crazy stuffs even at work now say all these to me. Like I almost died yesterday. I told her all this then she said " I just love you as a friend and you are my best friend" .

Then I asked since when ? She just ignored me all through then line busy. I just blocked her and delete her number because she was not even sorry .

Here is my question, why are witness like this ?

This will be my first experience with them and I will say this really hurt me. Like I can't even think well. So a relationship of almost 2 years just a waste?

So all those I love I love you were just jokes? I just pray God heal me fast .

Like I really loved her. Now I don't know what to do. The job I am managing for now we both work there. How do I face her? Like am still looking out for another job but now I just have to leave this job and move on.
