it is obvious that what she has done is really bad to the extent that she fears she might lose you if she confesses now. my guy how can there be forgiveness where there is no confession of sin? she must tell you the whole story and if you are sure that it was just a one off thing that will never repeat itself then continue the relationship without making mention of it again. Since she was repentant to enough to confess that something did go wrong and she took steps to rectify the situation it would appear that she she really cares for you and when she sees that you have forgiven her out of true love her love for you will only increase

i'll suggest you tell her that if she doesnt confess you'll have no choice but to move on. i bet u, if she truely wants you, she will do it.

if she cant confess her deeds then its not worth moving on with her
