I don't have privileged info on it. I am just deducing from the mail they sent.

Yes. From the wording of the email the sent, there was something about an interview there.

It seems this recruitment this year is going to be different from that of last year.
The test is going to be more than verbal and numerical and it will incorporate even a kind of mini-interview based on the test information PWC sent.

I just got a mail this afternoon.

I agree with you on this.
An in-field customer related assessment test will be done for all selected candidates.
