Your refusal reason is very common amongst refused applicants and it is easy to tackle..

Just wait for your GCMS notes to be ready so you will know the concerns of the Visa Officer..

It can still be tackled without a GCMS notes though, like I said earlier its a common refusal reason.. Personally I do not need to see GCMS note to know how to tackle personal assets and financial status, but for a newbie like you, you will need to wait for the GCMS notes, and when its ready, gurus here will help you out..

Hello @ everyone, I intend re-applying for for study visa which was refused last month.

1 I seem confused and I want to find out if I'm to submit a reviewed Sop and also a LOE? Or am I just to submit an LOE?

2. My dad will be transferring one million as a gift/dash towards my room and boarding. Do I still need to go get a gift of deed or should I just screenshot the transaction reference and explain the lump sum indicating that it was transferred from his account

3. Does using my dad properties and attaching a reference letter indicating I will work for him after the completion of my study suffice enough proof of home ties?

4. Does any one have a LOE template on how to tackle the VO worries


It is very important to note that I was rejected on the basis of personal asset and financial status. Paid my first term tuition. I have applied for gmcs note but can't wait anymore.

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your prior refusal.

1. You can do either of the two. I personally prefer a single letter addressing the prior refusal and still covering other details needed in a standard LOE.

2. You don't need a gift deed. I will advise that your dad writes a letter of sponsoship and still do the transfer.

3. Your dad living in Nigeria is one proof of home ties. The reference letter is also a proof. But his properties will serve as a proof of assets for him as your sponsor.

Lastly, depending on when your school is resuming, you may wait a bit more for the GCMS note. But if you still want to go ahead, I will advise that you allow someone to read your previous LOE.

Order your GCMS note to know exactly what wrong . Everything you stated above are generic reasons. Your note will tell you wetin the VO want from u in your next app

Secondly you submitted ur app last month on 5th
Did ur eligibility review ever start before decision is made ?

How many years is your program?

How much is your tuition fees for a year?

Are you self sponsored or you have a sponsor?

How many months bank statement did you submit and how is the inflow/outflow? Regular or one off?

I am trying to submit an application on the new portal but I noticed that the maximum size of document I can upload is now 2mb *serious gbege*
I have tried using series of App to compress the files but I am not getting good results.

Please, I need suggestions!

Pls use myBank Statement i.e MBS. That elimiates the need to upload scanned files and most banks in Nigeria offer it as a service though you may have to go to a big or head office branch as thier outland branches have no clue they offer the service

Hello @all, while filling some necessary details on IRCC portal, I saw a column that indicated "tell us what you will do in canada" include dates. The question is, are they talking about the start date and end date of the program or events you are expected to have in canada. Can someone experienced shed more light to this please?

University of Windsor (M.sc management) if too costly, you can try UCW(MBA) but not well ranked and also check out some colleges that offer 2 years PGC for biz related or govt related program.

Very certain of gaining admission into most management programs but it is very costly. College should be the last resort if it is too universities are too costly for management programs

Hello house. Pls I need advice from guru in the house. I have Bsc Public Administration with final chow of 4.28. I applied to Carleton university and University of Manitoba Fall 2022 but was rejected by Manitoba yesterday with competitive GPA excuse. Hello everyone, I have been having difficulties completing my Form A payment through to Flywire at Wema bank. I will suggestion on other banks that process Form A transactions with A week or max 2 weeks
