I came across your post from another post (https://www.nairaland.com/5362124/how-got-infected-hiv), and I just want to encourage you that the downfall of a man is not the end of his life. Think long term, in 10-15 years time, would this matter? Answer is No. You will have started your own family, built a successful career, found a better alternative for the drugs (as I believe research/technology would have made immense progress in the space by then), become an advocate in this area and impacted others' lives and will be able to look back on this as the hiccup it was rather than the end. That you still have a life is a sign that you still have a purpose.

Don't bother looking back, forget the past, don't waste your life with regret. Pick yourself up, create a long term goal for yourself and focus on it.
