EASY39: @ Easy 39, I am personally assuring you that Atiku will win this case. Atiku was too sure that buhari will rig hence he was able to use his initiatives, human resources and technology to man the election nationwide. Atiku has a list of state by state analysis of where all the rigging took place. With the help of forensic experts, auditors and statisticians, Atiku was able to pinpoint and produced a state by state analysis of how the election was rigged. Sir, be rest assured that Atiku will win. 4 Likes 3 Shares |

Politics / Buhari's Lawyers Have Nothing At Stake by tourplanet84: 2:11am On May 09, 2019 |
Buhari's lawyers have nothing at stake. Their own is to make enough money off Buhari. It is the inec chairman that is in big trouble followed by other people that were involved in the electoral malpractice act. The inec chairman might go to jail for the following reasons: 1. Concealment of evidence 2. Obstruction of justice. 3. spoliation of evidence 4. tampering with evidence. 5. cover-up. Best of luck to buhari's lawyers. Please make enough money off him or the Federal Government. Every right thinking person knows that Atiku will win this fight. ken6488: I can understand. In January this year. The governor of Borno was crying that the insecurity in Borno is too much. I even learnt that the yobe state governor could not vote in his place due to insecurity. Only for inec to announce huge humongous votes for places that are not safe. Also note the Bornu and yobe have large numbers of internally displaced persons. Hence when you take into consideration the level of insecurity and internally displaced persons, you then begin to wonder how those places have high vote turnouts than places that are save. |

1. Create a new state in the South East. 2. Remove Ekiti from South west and merge it with ondo state. 3. Remove kwara from North central and merge it with South west. 4. Remove kaduna from north west and merge it with north central. At the end, all the 6 Geo-political zones of Nigeria will have 6 states each. no more cheating. Lastly, compel UK, France and USA to open a consular / embassy in Enugu. Link Apapa port to the South east by rail. Create deliberate policies that will improve the functionality of Enugu Airport and port harcourt seaport. Build a petroleum refinery in the south east. i feel this will be enough to end the hostility between the Igbos and the rest of Nigeria. And the wound of the biafran war will heal. cheers. #Uncovering d puzzles of d 2019 presidential election SS & SE In 2015, buhari got 616,800 votes In 2019, buhari got 2.88 million (up by 2.27 million) SW In 2015, buhari got 2.40 million votes In 2019, buhari got 3.31 million votes (up by 910,000) Data source -Atiku's petition..... If not for too much manipulation, how can PMB votes grow by 2.27 million in the SS & SE? It is simply not possible. Remember, APC only has 2 states in this region. The above data shows that PMB & his rigging team concentrated their rigging efforts more in the SE & SS. The figures in the SW are okay because PMB enjoyed the ff advantages: 1. Total control of all the 6 states in the SW 2. Vice president is from the SW 3. The super minister of Power, Works & Housing is from d SW 4. Lagos – Ibadan rail project. 5. Prospect of the presidential slot in 2023 6. Impact of traders money 7. Impact of 2 bullion vans cash distributed on the election eve by Tinubu. 8. Voters intimidation in igbo populated areas of Lagos. Based on all the aforementioned advantages, it is very possible for PMB's votes to grow from 2.4 million to 3.3 million in the South West. However, the growth rate in the South East is very questionable due to the following reasons: 1. Consequences of python dance 2. Consequences of pipeline surveillance contract revocation 3. Consequences of reduction of d Niger-delta amnesty budget 4. Consequences of marginalization Conclusion The puzzles about how the 2019 election were manipulated are endless. The unprecedented rigging of the 2019 election is the reason why inec does not want PDP to inspect their election materials because the numbers are not adding-up. The chances that Atiku will win his mandate back are very high. #AtikuIsComing |

Politics / The South West, Contributed To Atiku's Victory Over Buhari by tourplanet84: 3:16am On May 07, 2019 |
The South West, contributed to Atiku's victory. Buhari got 3.3 million. Atiku got 3.01 million. Despite all the advantages Buhari enjoyed in the South West, he could not get a landslide victory. The Advantages include: 1. Total control of all the 6 states in the south west. 2. Vice president is from the South west. 3. The super minister of Power, Works & Housing is from the South West 4. Lagos – Ibadan rail project. 5. Prospect of the presidential slot in 2023. 6. Impact of traders moni. 7. Impact of 2 bullion vans cash distributed on the election eve by Tinubu. 8. Voters intimidation in igbo populated areas of Lagos. Nevertheless buhari could not win by a landslide. The margin of his victory in osun is just 10,000, in Lagos 318,000, 44,000 in Ogun & 65,000 in ekiti. On the other hand, Atiku won by 85,000 in ondo and 55,000 in oyo. This shows how unpopular Buhari was. Atiku deserves a standing ovation for his performance in the south west. Summary of the 2019 election result Total accreditation = 37.6 million Total voided votes = 1.23 million Total votes cast = 36.4 million Winner / Atiku = 18.35 million 1st runner up /Buhari = 16.7 million Other candidates = 1.3 million votes |

senatordave1: Thanks for all the insults. I understand your plight. The truth hurts and I will continue to spread the truth. The e-collated result that was transmitted to inec central server is the real result because it is immune to electoral manipulation at the collation centre. However, buhari knew he would loose the south east and south south. hence I am guessing that a lot of thumb printed ballot must have been submitted in collusion with inec and other security officials. 1 Like 2 Shares |

hakeemhakeem: A. So if the youth of the south don't vote, why did buhari send soldiers to dissuade voters from turning out to vote in the South South? B. Total no of accredited voters - (total no of valid & voided votes) = missing votes. Total accredited voters = 29.3 million Total no of valid & voided votes = 28.6 million (27.32 + 1.28) Missing votes = 29.3 - 28.6 = 0.7 million C. E-collation and e-transmission were done. why do you think inec spent a lot of money to upgrade their hardware and software infrastructure. Again, some polling unit officials have indicted their intention to testify in court that e-collation was done. D. Kindly check google to re-confirm the total no of displaced people in Borno and Yobe. Also remember that the Governor of Borno was crying in January this year about the high rate of insecurity in Borno. so how come the turnout of voters in this volatile area was impressive and turnout in peaceful non-volatile areas was low? Conclusion The 2019 election conducted by inec will continue to defy mathematical & statistical logic because the election was manipulated. Hence the numbers can never add up or make rational sense. Hopefully, the court will request for an audit of the entire election result and the discrepancies will reveal how fraudulent the election was. |
Politics / Atiku Should Ask Inec These 10 Questions In Court by tourplanet84: 3:09am On May 06, 2019 |
1. How come buhari scored 15 million votes both in 2015 & 2019 election despite an expansion of PVC holders from 56 million to 72 million? 2. How come all the 3 southern regions of Nigeria have a low turnout ratio of 29% in the South west, 29% in the South South and 24% in the South east? 3. How come total no of accredited voters does not match total no of vote cast? About 750,019 votes are missing. 4. How come inec lied that there were no e-collation & e-transmission of results? 5. How come changes in marginal turnout of voters declined in all the three southern regions by: 11% in the South west, 20% in the South east and 37% in the South South despite a 29% expansion of PVC holders from 56 million to 72 million? 6. How come turnout of votes in Borno & Yobe were very impressive despite security challenges and over 1.7 million internally displaced persons in that part of Nigeria? 7. How come inec did not use the e-collated result for audit re-confirmation as earlier promised during one of their press conferences. 8. How come changes in marginal turnout of voters in Northern Nigeria grew by a paltry 6% despite an expansion of PVC holders from 32 million to 40.2 million? 9. On the National level, how come turnout ratio of eligible voters fell from 50% in 2015 to 38% in 2019? 10. Lastly, why is inec finding it difficult to allow PDP to inspect their election materials? 7 Likes 1 Share |

Politics / 2019 Presidential Election Manipulation by tourplanet84: 4:18pm On May 04, 2019 |
2019 Presidential Election manipulation exposed Logically, a significant increase in PVC collection ought to translate into an increase in voters’ turnout or total votes cast. The below data showcase how the election conducted by inec defies mathematical & statistical logic mostly in the southern region due to electoral manipulation. South East PVC collection – up by 30% Changes in marginal votes – down by 20% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – up by 82% (electronic collation) South West PVC collection – up by 39% Changes in marginal votes – down by 11% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – up by 50% (electronic collation) South South PVC collection – up by 32.6% Changes in marginal votes – down by 37% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – down by 6% (electronic collation) North East PVC collection – up by 32% Changes in marginal votes – up by 22% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – up by 44% (electronic collation) North West PVC collection – up by 14% Changes in marginal votes – up by 3.6% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – up by 12% (electronic collation) North Central PVC collection – up by 40% Changes in marginal votes – up by 9% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – up by 29.7% (electronic collation) FCT + 19 Northern states PVC collection – up by 25.6% Changes in marginal votes – up by 6% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – up by 22.7% (electronic collation) All the southern states PVC collection – up by 34% Changes in marginal votes – down by 23% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – up by 27% (electronic collation) National / 36 states & FCT PVC collection – up by 29% Changes in marginal votes – down by 3% (manual collation) Changes in marginal votes – up by 23.8% (electronic collation) Reasons for the disparities between the e-collated & the manually collated result Southern Nigeria • 3.79 million Votes were deleted from the votes of Atiku. • 2.59 million Votes were deleted from Buhari’s votes so as to obscure investigation. • Heavy deployments of the army in South South so as to dissuade voters from turning-out to vote. Northern Nigeria • 3.3 million Votes were deleted from the votes of Atiku. • 991,000 Votes were added to the votes of Buhari in the following ways: 260,000 in North West, 619,000 in North East & 112,000 in North Central. Nationwide A total of 8.68 million votes were depleted from the votes of both Buhari and Atiku nationwide but with Atiku Abubakar being the NETT loser of 7.09 million votes. The unlawful depletion of votes is the reason why the election conducted by inec defies statistical and mathematical rationality. Logically, a significant increase in PVC collection ought to translate into an increase in voters’ turnout or total votes cast. Therefore, the e-collated result proves a fact that the 2019 election was manipulated. Conclusion It is only a thief that will prefer the manually collated result without audit re-confirmation. Please note that the electronic result is immune to electoral fraud. I hope you now understand why some people love to argue that out constitution does not recognise e-voting. They are only trying to be too clever by half. Yes out constitution does not recognise e-voting but e-collation & e-transmission are simply known as process automation. An organisation does not need constitutional amendments to automate their tasks, procedures and processes. Besides, out constitution in section 52 as amended empowers inec to determine the best procedure to conduct any election. Lucid1: And the fact is the election was manipulated. The manually collated results shows that 750,019 votes were missing. The missing 750,019 votes is a trail that inec can not erase. Also there is a wide disparity between the result of the manual collation and the e-collation. The purpose of the e-collation technology is for helping in result reconfirmation and audit. If the entire election materials are audited, no many discrepancies will be uncovered. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Observation – National The manually collated result shows a turnout ration of approximately 38% while the e-collated result shows a turnout ratio of 50.01%. Massive electoral manipulation is the reason why there is disparity between the turnout ratio for the e-collated result and the turnout ratio of the manually collated result. It is only a thief that will prefer the manually result without audit re-confirmation. Please note that the electronic result is immune to electoral fraud. I hope you now understand why some people love to argue that out constitution does not recognise e-voting. They are only trying to be too clever by half. Yes out constitution does not recognize e-voting but e-collation / transmission is simply known as process automation. An organisation does not need constitutional amendments to automate their tasks, procedures and processes. Besides, out constitution in section 52 as amended empowers inec to determine the best procedure to conduct any election. Politics / E-collation And E-transmission Of Votes (benefits) by tourplanet84: 6:22pm On May 03, 2019 |
Dear Nigerians, Kindly find below, the advantages of the e-collation / e-transmission technology. 1. Modernisation of inec's operations. 2. Process automation and improvement. 3. Electoral fraud mitigation. 4. Improves electoral credibility. 5. Audit simplification. 6. Easy & fast retrieval of post election data. 7. Manual result reconfirmation. 8. Reduces post election mitigation. 9. Reduces turnaround time in the electoral process. 10. Multiple cost savings as a result of all the above mentioned benefits. Kudos to Professor Mahmood for developing this noble idea but sadly, he was unable to leave a wonderful legacy for Nigeria. Well, it is not too late. He can still make history by acknowledging the truth that Atiku won. |
