Bolustical:

Lubbish!!!

Atiku and all his followers are dunce. Very dull sets of people.

Add the servers results of Atiku and Buhari together, it is accurately equal to the numbers of accredited voters. This means:

a) Other contenders such as Sowore, Fela Durotoye, Moghalu and over 60 other contenders got zero votes

b) No invalid votes, all the voters did not make mistakes while thumbprinting

c) Votes were not canceled in violent polling booths.

If Atiku is that smart, shouldn't it be clear to him by now that he is being scammed?

Kindly find below, the original results below the election was manipulated:

Total accreditation = 37.6 million

Total voided votes = 1.23 million

Total votes cast = 36.4 million

Winner / Atiku = 18.35 million

1st runner up / Buhari = 16.7 million

Other candidates = 1.3 million votes

A total of 7.09 million votes were removed from Atiku’s votes.

A total of 1.59 millon votes were removed from Buhari’s votes just to confuse future investigation.
Politics / Re: We’ll Only Do Nationwide Electronic Collation Of Results —INEC Boss by tourplanet84: 6:48pm On Apr 29, 2019
Dear All,

I have done my research for several weeks now. please save all the information i have posted.

That is the truth inec does not want you to know. The e-collated result is more accurate, faster to process and immune to manipulation than the manually collated results which can be manipulated @ the collation centers.

The sudden change of attitude by the leadership of the electoral umpire not to use the e-collation technology to Audit & to Re-confirm the manually collated result before acceptance & declaration of result is a sign of “the mens rea or criminal intent'' by the leadership of INEC not to allow for the conduct of a credible elections.

Any place where you find a disparity between figures of the e-collated result and the manually collated result is were the rigging took place.

Note that the rigging was done nationwide in twists and turns just to confuse future investigation/investigators like me, you, the petitioner, all Nigerians & all the presiding judges in event of litigation.

As i conclude, please note that it is impossible to rig any election that has been digitized or automated without being caught.

I have used all my knowledge of Statistics, Elementary Algebra, Ratios, Percentages and Proportions to investigate and to uncover how the election was rigged.

Kindly find below a quick summary and prove of how the election was manipulated.

Turnout of eligible voters (PVC holders) according to the manual results:

South South region - 29%
South East region - 24%
South West region - 29%
North East region - 42.1%
North West region - 44.5%
North central region - 38.7%

Note that even the North East were about 1.94 million people have been displaced by insurgencies has the second highest turnout of eligible voters while the regions that are relatively safer & peaceful had ridiculously low turnout? very strange.

Kindly recall that earlier this year in January precisely, the Governor of Borno was crying due to insecurity, yet his state was one of the leading states in terms of marginal increase in voters turnout (from 499,000 in 2015 to 908,000 in 2019).

While Borno, Yobe, Zamfara and Katsina which has security challenges are recording massive turnouts, the Southern part of Nigeria are having ridiculously low turnout. Is this not strange to you?

Please don't let any evil person or institution to fool you. Knowledge is power, save everything i have said so far.

I hope you can now understand why INEC is hiding both the e-collated result and a host of other election materials despite court others.

Atiku’s votes were reduced by 3.3 million votes in the North and by 3.79 million votes in the South.

Buhari’s votes were inflated by 991,000 votes in the North. However, Buhari’s votes in the South were reduced by 2.59 million deliberately to confuse any investigator.

I pray that justice is given to the right person.

Amen.

Eligible voters’ turnout in the 2019 election
A comparative analysis between 2015 and 2019 election

North West
2015 – 52.5%
2019 – 44.5%
2019 e-collated result – 51.7%

North East
2015 – 45.6%
2019 – 42.1%
2019 e-collated result – 49.5%

North Central
2015 – 50.1%
2019 – 38.7%
2019 e-collated result – 46.1%

South East
2015 – 39%
2019 – 24.4%
2019 e-collated result – 55.1%

South West
2015 – 45.7%
2019 – 29.1%
2019 e-collated result – 49.2%

South South
2015 – 61%
2019 – 29.2%
2019 e-collated result – 43%

Northern Nigeria – 19 states plus F.C.T
2015 – 50.6%
2019 – 42.7%
2019 e-collated result – 49.5%

Southern Nigeria – 17 states
2015 – 49.6%
2019 – 28.2%
2019 e-collated result – 48.6%

National Average – 36 states + F.C.T
2015 – 50.5%
2019 – 37.5%
2019 e-collated result – 50.01%

Observation
The above data shows that the election was heavily manipulated in the Southern part of Nigeria. It is statistically not possible for all the southern Geo-political zones of Nigeria to record a poor turnout of eligible voters.

Note that in the North east were over 1.7 million people have been displaced (Sahara Reporters, 2018) due to insurgencies recorded a turnout that is above 40%.

Therefore, how come the peaceful Southern part of Nigeria all recorded an average turnout that is below 29.5%?

I hope you can now understand why inec is hiding both the e-collated result and the manually collated result.

However, thanks to the e-collated result which was leaked by a patriotic whistle blower. The reasons why there are so many disparities between the e-collated result and the manual result are due to the following manipulations:

Atiku’s votes were reduced by 3.3 million votes in the North and by 3.79 million votes in the South.

Buhari’s votes were inflated by 991,000 votes in the North. However, Buhari’s votes in the South were reduced by 2.59 million deliberately to confuse any investigator.

INEC and APC were trying to be too clever by half.

However, their craftiness has put them into trouble.

Inec deployed the e-collation and transmission technology basically to gain advance knowledge about the outcome of the election.

However and sadly, the outcome did not favour their paymaster.

Hence the next option was to rig and this was how the rigging happened in twists and turns.

Atiku's votes were reduced by 3.3 million votes in the north and by 3.79 million votes in the south.

On the other hand, buhari's votes were also deliberately reduced by 2.59 million in the south just to confuse investigation.

In the north buhari's votes were inflated by 991,000 votes.

260,000 in North West
619,000 in North East
112,000 in North Central

Atiku won the election but he was rigged out.

I pray he reclaims his mandate.

2015 – 39%
2019 – 24.4%
2019 e-collated result – 55.1%

South West
2015 – 45.7%
2019 – 29.1%
2019 e-collated result – 49.2%

South South
2015 – 61%
2019 – 29.2%
2019 e-collated result – 43%

Northern Nigeria – 19 states plus F.C.T
2015 – 50.6%
2019 – 42.7%
2019 e-collated result – 49.5%

Southern Nigeria – 17 states

National Average – 36 states + F.C.T
2015 – 50.5%
2019 – 37.5%
2019 e-collated result – 50.01%

Observation - South
The election was heavily manipulated in the Southern part of Nigeria. It is statistically not possible for all the regions in the south to record a poor turnout of eligible voters by less that 29.5%.

Even the North East that is battling with insurgencies and humanitarian crisis has a turnout that is above 40%. Anyway, this is what happened; Atiku’s votes were reduced by 3.79 million votes while Buhari’s votes were also reduced by 2.59 million votes in Southern Nigeria. This is why the turnout ratio in the south seems to be so low. The results were manipulated.

Observation – North
The North is also not left out in the manipulation of votes. Atiku’s votes were reduced by 3.3 million votes while Buhari’s votes were hiked by 991,000 votes in the North.

Observation – National
Note that the manually collated result shows a turnout of 37.5% while the e-collated result shows a turnout of 50.01%.

This disparity is due to the wrongful removal of 8.68 million votes from the scores of both the petitioner (Atiku) & the respondent (Buhari).

Conclusion

I hope you now understand why INEC is hiding both the e-collated result and the election materials from Atiku and the public because the numbers can never add up.

Politics / INEC And APC Were Trying To Be Smart By Half by tourplanet84: 1:50am On Apr 29, 2019
INEC and APC were trying to be smart by half.

Eligible voters’ turnout in the 2019 election
A comparative analysis between 2015 and 2019 election

North West
2015 – 52.5%
2019 – 44.5%
2019 e-collated result – 51.7%

North East
2015 – 45.6%
2019 – 42.1%
2019 e-collated result – 49.5%

North Central
2015 – 50.1%
2019 – 38.7%
2019 e-collated result – 46.1%

South East
2015 – 39%
2019 – 24.4%
2019 e-collated result – 55.1%

South West
2015 – 45.7%
2019 – 29.1%
2019 e-collated result – 49.2%

South South
2015 – 61%
2019 – 29.2%
2019 e-collated result – 43%

Northern Nigeria – 19 states plus F.C.T
2015 – 50.6%
2019 – 42.7%
2019 e-collated result – 49.5%

Southern Nigeria – 17 states
2015 – 49.6%
2019 – 28.2%
2019 e-collated result – 48.6%

National Average – 36 states + F.C.T
2015 – 50.5%
2019 – 37.5%
2019 e-collated result – 50.01%

The emergency rigging method employed by APC & inec was stupid.
Since the total number of people with PVCs has increased from 56.4 million to 72.8 million, it is therefore statistically impossible for buhari to get 15 million votes again and also for the total number of votes to fall from over 28 million to 27.3 million.
The disadvantage about lying is that it will Always leave a trail.
APC and inec can not prove that the election which they claim buhari won is statistically sensible.
A state by state analysis will reveal a lot of information which is statistically impossible.
Take for example Rivers state.
In 2015, PDP got 1.4 million votes while APC got less than 100,000 votes. In 2019, buhari's votes increased by 50% to 150,000 but the votes given to PDP reduced to 470,000 votes despite increase in PVCs collection.
Meaning something is clearly wrong with the 2019 elections.

Nigeria’s Presidential election Result

2015 - PROF JEGA
APC – 15.42 million
PDP – 12.82 million
Others- 1.19 million
Total votes- 29.43 million
Collected PVCs – 56.4 million

2019 - PROF MAHMOOD
APC – 15.19 million
PDP – 11.26 million
Others- 0.85 million
Total votes- 27.3 million
Collected PVCs - 72.8 million (an increase of 16.4 million)

2019 - E-collation by Inec server. (Excluding Rivers state)
APC - 16.74 million
PDP - 18.35 million
Total votes – 35.09 million voters
Collected PVCs – 72.8 million (an increase of 16.4 million)

Let those who are vast in basic statistics help us in analyzing the above data objectively.

Kindly note that total no of PVCs collected in 2019 increased by 16.4 million.

Therefore, i need a statistician or an angel with integrity to explain to me how total votes in 2019 fell to 27.3 million despite an increase in PVCs collected from 56.4 million to 72.8 million.
Politics / Re: Scrutinizing Atiku's Result Claim - Clear Evidence Of Fraud by tourplanet84: 10:25am On Mar 31, 2019
This matter is very simple. Get an expert in database forensic auditing to audit the servers of inec and we will all see the real winner.

So far inec has been very quiet and that tells u that there is a problem. You can not conceal the truth which had been seen by more that 1 person forever. We are in a digital age were you can not rig/ commit a fraud without being caught.

Collated results nationwide were streamed from the various polling units (120,000) to the central server of inec for automated processing.

As at Sunday morning, i am sure that buhari had already been told that he lost the election. hence the manipulation of results at the collation centers.

Luckily for Atiku, inec did e-collation of results and the result shows that Atiku won. Also, a whistle blower blew the whistle before any form of alteration was done to the results in the server. The options before inec is to destroy their database in other to conceal the evidences.

In life, once you start lying, you will have to keep lying to cover any trail but eventually you get caught. I will advice the chairman of inec to be honest and not tamper with the e-collated result in their possession.

It is impossible to rig in this digital age without being noticed. Atiku knew that buhari will rig and he was prepared to provide the burden of proof at the court. This is going to be an exciting case. Atiku's lawyers will be on the offensive while buhari's lawyers will be on the defensive lane.

There is nothing special or world class about the ikeja bus terminal. it is small and the exterior is not impressive.
Politics / Obalende And Victoria Island Needs A Modern Bus Terminal by tourplanet84: 12:03am On Mar 31, 2018
To me, the Ikeja bus terminal is small for a mega city like our state capital and the Architectural / exterior Design is not contemporary. Hence it is wrong for the government to categorize the terminal as world class. Nevertheless i am grateful that ikeja now has a bus terminal.

Other places that are in need of a bus terminal include, obalende, ojuelegba, victoria island among others. This govt will leave a great legacy if it can quickly build (a world) class terminal in the aforementioned places. i hope other states will also scale up their transport infrastructure.

World class refers to the standard, facilities and quality that is inherent in the newly commissioned bus terminal. the ikeja bus terminal is just averagely okay but it is not world class. let us call a spade a spade. it is just like the shopping malls we have in Nigeria. most of our malls are actually mere super markets in Europe but we call them malls over here. Ambode should have done better by building a bus terminal that is actually bigger and world class. what is worth doing, is worth doing well.

however, i implore other state governs to try and do better.
Nairaland / General / Re: RE: Land Use Charges. by tourplanet84: 1:28pm On Mar 19, 2018
1. Even if the land use charge is free or scrapped today, that will not stop property owners from increasing their rents every 2 or 3 years.

2. Without being sentimental, property value all over lagos has appreciated, it is only logical for the tax rate to appreciate as well.

3. An average landlord in ilupeju, magodo, omole, oniru among other high end areas charge as much as N1.5 million per year for a 3 bedroom flat, hence is it too much if these Landlords pay N150,000 to N200,000 per year? Please let us reason together.

4. Once the Oshodi transport terminal & the BRT facility @ Abule Egba is completed, property value will go up as well and trust the land lords we have, they will demand more rent and what will you do? will you ask the govt not to build facilities because you don't want the rent to go up?

5. Lagos is a commercial center hence rent will always go up. the only way that rent will come down is if the govt can build more houses and this can only be done if govt have access to more money.

6. In conclusion, note that more govt revenue will translate to rapid development, hence you need not bother yourself about the hike in land use charge because it will necessitated development for all of us. This is why i am not bothered.,.,.
Properties / Re: OPS Rejects Lagos Land Use Charge Law by tourplanet84: 10:47am On Mar 18, 2018
n 2001, the average rent of a 3 bedroom flat in Gbagada & ilupeju was N300,000. today (2018) the average rent of this same 3 bedroom flat is now N1,200,000 and above. This tells you that the income of an average land lord in Lagos has gone up by 300% or more, yet the same land lord is not willing to pay more as tax. is this good? Can anybody try this in the UK? how can you be earning more money yet you want to keep paying the same tax amount?
Properties / Re: Lagos Government Reduces Land Use Charge by tourplanet84: 1:11pm On Mar 15, 2018
we complain too much in Nigeria. The new revised land use charge would have enabled Lagos state to generate N70 billion per month and thus have capacity to execute more project.

That is a good one for Lagos but i believe Lagos can do more. We need to generate about N50 billion per more and i believe our states can also catch up. Particularly Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Kano states.
