it is very sad and pathetic that some people are still compromising reasons for justifying terrorism, imagine if the air terror had succeded, how many hundred innocent souls would have perished all in the name of a babaric belief, the US and the Uk should swing into action because these 2 countries are the main targets of terrorists. The terrorists planned to launch another attack when the US was geting ready for a 5 years memorial of the 9/11 attacks, thank God they failed. it would have been a ghastly mass murder. I can't figure the imminent possible solution to wipe off these terrorists without contravening Human rights laws and also affecting innocent arabs, can someone suggest ??
You will continue thinking this way until people around you ( indigenous US or UK citizens or even misguided countrymen) start treating you as a terrorist, to your great amazement. |
Mariory:Invading Iraq had already been on paper even be4 Sept 11. As they say, rich man's fight, poor man's war. In every major issue, you have to look at the larger picture: who benefits? The ignorant "terrorists" are in the dark about whose purposes they are really serving. ![]() I don't support mass panic. People have to get a grip before immigrants and their children start being attacked on the streets. |
quick question: since mothers have to drink their babies milk before boarding flights, would there be a problem if more women decided to breastfeed during said flights? Some people get so annoyed at public breastfeeding. Funny how terrorists always decide to strike at key political moments. BTW, remember, innocent until proven guilty ( if this rule is still in use). There is always more than meets the eye. |
"Igbo" in Yoruba language has many meanings, such as the "Ibo" tribe, a dense forest (jungle), weed, or marijuana. Yoruba is a tonal language, so one word can have many different meanings. This is in response to Hero's last post- too long to quote. ![]() Second, let us not forget the slaves who were taken from other areas like the Congo, Gambia, and elsewhere. The Arabs raided first, before the Europeans. In ancient times, the Arabs even traded Europeans as well. Alex Haley, the writer of "Roots" traced one of his ancestors to the Gambia. I read about a British guy ( black and not African) who discovered via DNA tracing that one of his ancestors was a Kanuri slave trader from Northern Nigeria. The Slave trade was not confined to the Nigeria coast, neither were slaves chiefly from Nigeria. This thing went on for centuries- let's be realistic. |
alheri, do you know something we dont know? ![]() |
xanadu, could you open a separate thread , while we continue with this one? I was trying to follow the step-by-step method ncpat started. Now I'm getting confused again. Thanks for your help, but I think we may need two separate threads. God bless you both. ![]() you didn't do it on purpose, did you? |
because these 2 countries are the main targets of terrorists.
