exotik:he wouldnt be spotted by you and 9jaganja that's for sure. |
@ seyi olofinjana photo kindly read the thread from the beginning and note where people pointed out the majority factor. seyi olofinjana has a long jaw and is tall and dark, therefore he might be mistaken for hausa by some. in any case, fulanis migrated from the senegal region, so what exactly is the problem here? ![]() |
9jaganja:first of all what do you mean by shiny dark look. secondly, its been repeated over and over again on this forum [for those who dont know and have no way of finding out], that many sudanese look nigerian. Check abadba's many threads about sudanese people. thirdly, if the girl isnt pure nubian or pure dinka, she might look nigerian. |
here are some clearer pictures of seyi olofinjana he looks hausa because he has a long jawline, that's all. so? ![]() what's unusual about some yorubas looking like hausa? ![]() |
dayokanu which one are you doing again? ![]() ewo ni mandingo looking and short bantu? ![]() savanah negroes and forest negroes? ![]() oyibo ti jebi. ![]() |
kandiikane:^^true. |
exotik: 9jaganja:i suppose you folks are unaware some people from those areas have nigerian ancestry. and also, many fulanis migrated from that region centuries ago. smh. |
9jaganja:na oyibo get the blame. ![]() you dont know nigeria well. |
exotik:there are afro arabs in sudan, kenya and practically everywhere in africa. so what's so hard to believe about people migrating from and to various places across the planet? ![]() i dont see anyone arguing about arab presence or ancestry in north africa. |
^^there's a thread where you can discuss that. in the meantime, educate yourself with this: https://img30.imageshack.us/img30/7456/omani13ng.jpg omani blacks, btw. the king of course wouldnt call himself black, but add two and two to get the picture. |
dayokanu:how is business. |
@tpia, it's WHITE!! colour white!!!!! And if you need science to prove the reason someone has WHITE hair, then knock yourself out!!!! I call it grey hair, people think I can't see, I call it white they naa, na grey hair you get because there is nothing like white hair! I didn't dye so everyone can actually seeeeeeee it naturally, ![]() |
kandiikane:na oyibo cause am ![]() |
9jaganja:for you also, i blame oyibo. |
9jaganja:are you biracial or not? ![]() please give a direct answer to this question. Tell me where the gal is from or just admit your "nigerian look" is a fallacy!!!have her remove the hair and then ask again? ![]() |
exotik:you've got to be joking. if you dont know what a ghanaian looks like then i can only blame oyibo. ![]() |
@ exotik so you dont know what a ghanaian looks like either. As for people being unable to tell when some are using passports of other countries- that may be true but it doesnt mean each country doesnt have its own look. |
^Shut up, will you. Maybe you come from a jungle since you find simple concepts so difficult to grasp. Kindly go find attention elsewhere because you are not going to get nl fame at my expense. Bye. go and monitor your husband since girls are after him. |
@ exotik so you're saying people's eyes are deceiving them when they see the various looks common to different areas. and why do you assume all whites dont know the different looks in africa? ![]() i just finished reading a book where the white author described ijaw or some of the coastal women and what they look like. this was from over a century ago. Maybe that knowledge has been lost? ![]() |
9jaganja:^^not sure i catch your drift. grey hair isnt "supposed" to be recessive though i'll look it up. factors that can contribute to grey hair in young people include stress, family propensity, or maybe medication/illness. also, sometimes age of one or more parent. |
people overrate photoshop and information technology, imo. |
Beowulf:if they were quarrelling so intensely that she had to ask him to leave, then maybe he should have left even before she raised the issue. sounds like the relationship is over anyway. |
exotik:so you're saying you dont know how your own people look either. as per ghana, i myself have always wondered how they knew the difference between ghanaians and nigerians when they sent us packing in the 60s. |
what's white coloured hair? ![]() sounds like you have an albinism trait imo. |
oh lord. his expression in those photos sef just sends shivers through me. looked through his recent photo and its still the same. come quickly lord Jesus. |
i believe he wants us to confirm to him that he has a white ancestor because he has yellow skingood for him. i already told him no wahala if he has no idea where his features are from. |
Dominance in genetics is a relationship between two variant forms (alleles) of a single gene, in which one allele masks the expression of the other in influencing some trait. In the simplest case, if a gene exists in two allelic forms (A & B), three combinations of alleles (genotypes) are possible: AA, AB, and BB. If AB individuals (heterozygotes) show the same form of the trait (phenotype) as AA individuals (homozygotes), and BB homozygotes show an alternative phenotype, allele A is said to dominate or be dominant to allele B, and B is said to be recessive to A.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominance_(genetics) Which trait is dominant? The terms dominant and recessive refer to the interaction of alleles in producing the phenotype of the heterozygote. If there are two alternative phenotypes, by definition the phenotype exhibited by the heterozygote is called "dominant" and the "hidden" phenotype is called "recessive." The key concept of dominance is that the heterozygote is phenotypically identical to one of the two homozygotes. That trait corresponding to the dominant allele may then be called the 'dominant' trait. |
How do explain kids of Igbo+Hausa, Igbo+Yoruba, Hausa+Yoruba, Ijaw+Igbo, Ekif+Yoruba, Yoruba+TIV?did you not learn about dominant and recessive genes in high school biology? ![]() ten mixtures does not mean you cant come out looking like one particular group. |
@ 9jaganja check this thread on hausa girls, if you havent seen it already. I also commented on the fact that they still look nigerian, there: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-440262.0.html |
9jaganja:^^i think i know why you started the thread. some people are offended by the idea of a nigerian look for various reasons which wont be discussed here. sorry oh- i'd suggest you tell your friends to go to the exact hometowns of their nigerian associates and be absorbed there. and those of you who feel you're too biracial looking to be nigerian, deal with it or what do you want people to tell you. |
There are "certain looks" in every country and fellow country men can identify withtrue talk. |
