Mickey williams: yea now u get it of course any sane individual will suspect something fishy that's why i tendered an explanation but the other guy was saying something annoying and i had to react!..yes i had that score and i only told that of my friend when someone asked for 'highest scope seen by anyone' so don't get the impression i'm trying to intimidate anyone or show off! For the strike issue the guy was still around by the time of the strike and i was still in school well into the strike so thats why i replied that he was still lecturing.The truth will be revealed though when school resumes.

Something else you said here caught my attention. You got 59 last year n was scared cuz your friends got 60.. In what course ? Engineering Same engineering that we didn't see any of such score? Same engineering that aspirants who scored 53 were admitted in the Merit list?

I guess my point is Made. N honestly, I don't have a problem with anyone joining this thread..whether aspirant, student or not.. But it becomes a problem when such persons starts preying on others emotion! N you,my friend.. were doing just that with the incredible scores you were posting about medicine.

This year, you put in for Medicine.. You got 295 (PPT.. I didn't see a single soul with such). In postume.. U got 71. Aggregate 72.

You claim to be an 'Medicine aspirant' on this thread but an 'Engineering student' in other threads.

Even when a post about that lecturer in 'your department' was made.. You debunked their claims saying the guy was still lecturing in the school. Until someone countered you with the question 'Aren't you guys on strike?'

but you jokingly said 'yes, but U haven't been in school in abt 2weeks'..meaning unsure if he stills lecture or not. If I rememba correctly, the strike has been on for more than 2weeks! Well, let's say you didn't leave immediately.

I'm sorry..really, your claims maybe true..but honestly, I just had to look into your case cuz of the incredible scores you were posting, you had 72 aggregate, U have a friend who had 78 aggregate..abi..smthing like that..

These scores would undoubtedly scare the Medicine aspirants especially those with 60-something aggregate who are atleast hoping their names would be in the Merit list ....Is that what you are here for? To scare them?

Sowie 4 d long post.. Here's a potato and some palm wine to wash it down

My Help comes from above..bro, that's why I remain calm. God has brought us this far. I rememba seeing my Jamb score n I almost cried.. Cuz it was damn low! Compared to last year's score of 243...in whch I got nothing.. I felt 'what am I going to do with this..why?..why!' cuz I believed I deserved more.

After lamenting for a while, something told me to go down on my knees n thank THE LORD, I did just that. But still felt a lil sad..but told myself 'GOD KNOWS BEST'

In the morning, still reeling from the effect of the result I saw, I logged into Nairaland..imagine the scores I saw, same thing! Heard from friends.. N honestly, I almost weep for them.. Especially the fact that I knew quite well these people read, they worked hard for the exam.. Yet, fell victim to DIBU's malicious plan. Believe me, I almost weep for them.

That's when it hits me! What's my score again? This time, I realised I didn't get that because I worked so hard for it or anything.. But because HE favored me, HE is aware of my situation.

I got on my knees again, this time.. I meant every bit of it from my heart.. I told HIM I'm sorry.. I told HIM I'm sorry I didn't show enough appreciation. And Thanked HIM like I should've done earlier on..n No, it's absolutely nothing compared to what HE did for me..but this time, it came from my heart.

In the postume, something else happened. I saw how the questions were n did my very best not to make a single mistake. 10mins or so before time, I was through..n since we aren't allowed to submit n 'just leave' I felt like resting my head on the desk 'cuz I was really tired (Everyone here knows the stress we went through) besides, It was my habit to never look back at whatever I've written in an exam..cross-checking wasn't really my thing, cuz of the fear of 'what If you change an answer u've previously shaded only to find out that previous answer was the correct one?' I bet we all know how devastating that is. So I let it lie

But something kept telling me.. 'cross check..cross check..cross check' n I was like 'oooohhh! Why na' but eventually, I yielded to that 'something's request.

But Jeez! What I saw, I couldn't believe, it was as if I was brainwashed into shading some shiiiiii.. Especially the latter part of the questions.. As if I don't know Bicameral legislature has 2 chambers..as if I don't South Africa uses Rand..n so many (you may say) simple questions. Jeez! When did I shade all these? How did it happen? I was in shock!

But well, i quickly erased..n shaded the right answers. Not any sooner than I did that, it was 'TIME UP' ..when I left the hall, I was just wondering, 'my God! How did this happen?' some peeps were just looking at me..n I bet they must be thinking 'eeya.. Maybe he didn't write well' but na me know where my mind dey.

I was still pondering on the issue.. When suddenly, it hit me! It was God's way of saying 'Son, I'm with you'

Maybe if that hadn't happened.. I'd have gone home thinking 'mehn! "I" nailed it' thereby, giving honor to "myself".. Thinking it was all as a result of "my" hardwork&determination. But No, it wasn't! N HE sure did make me realise that.

The moment I realised this, I just smiled to myself, mumbling 'thank You JESUS' continously.

So you see, my friend. I've seen evidence.. So many,that indeed God is aware of my situation. Those above are just few..very few! Trust me. So, I'm not worried about this admission issue anymore. I know & I strongly believe HE will finish what HE started. So if Uniben like, She should make her cutoff 100. Its not my bizwax! I will be there..by HIS grace, of course
