Hey guys,

My issue is quite complex. Kindly advise based on your expertise.

In 2017 I attempted a movement to Germany but I couldn’t proceed due to scarcity of forex at that time. I rescind after sending a mail requesting that they cancel my appointment date as required at that time.

The BSC admission was processed with a 100lvl transcript - with this I gained admission in 6 schools. Because I could not proceed with the travel, I proceeded to study at a university where I eventually got my BSC. An attempt to revive the Germany movement made me realise my Bsc is somewhat useless as it was obtained from a school that Uniassist does not recognise.

The question now is that would it be possible to go for another BSC over there considering that the 100l transcript I have to use was obtained in 2017. If at all is it possible, will I possibly encounter age (27) limitations at either the admission or the embassy level?

Yes i paid WES too but i sent my docs. To WES myself. Only that on the envelop i used it was stamped and signed by the regisrar

Please does anyone know if WES still evaluates transcripts from Houdegbe North American University Benin.

I have heard different versions of stories and I wouldn’t want to waste my money.

Plus, using IQAS has been a struggle as I’ve not been able to get access to their website.

Is there anyone who knows the way forward?

@nekkyblues @transfer101 firstly most private schools in Benin republic aren’t recognised internationally, I once met someone here on Nairaland who graduated from a private university in Benin republic, he evaluated his bsc with Wes, Wes evaluated it to be Bsc but institution not recognised, which rendered the evaluation useless. I also graduated from a private university in Benin republic too, I couldn’t take the risk with ices as I don’t know what ices valuation will turnout to be.

Hello, just seeing this.

I am no longer using WES any more, decided to opt for ICES. This is because the school I attended prefers ICES to WES.

Don’t know about WES stigmatizing certificates from Benin tho.

This is hilarious honestly. I don't think there's the possibility of an evaluation body stigmatising a particular region in Nigeria for whatever reason.

I came across someone with a somewhat similar situation that got PPR, but in her own case she was the business owner, and it was agribusiness.

To prove this work experience, she submitted corporate affairs registration documents for the business, tax receipts, purchase receipts, reference letters from few of her biggest customers, bank statement showing inflows and outflows of the business as well as pictures of her poultry farm, and then wrote a detailed letter of explanation in the client section to explain everything.

What you need is documents to convince the visa office that;

1. The business you're talking about exists and is legit.
2. That you worked in this business and played the roles you're claiming to have played. (per chosen NOC).

So think about documents, that can help you prove those.

And search for more information on Google, trust me many people in and out of the country must have passed through a similar situation like you, and their experiences will be lurking somewhere...then apply discretion and tailor to your own situation.

Please I have a unique situation! I work in my parents company in the last 8 years and honestly because I didn't think I would one day need to share evidence of work experience( thanks to the speech last night) with pay stubs and all. I never consciously paid myself salary month on month. it is a buy and sell type business, I would mostly just take profits and pay in sometimes daily and weekly!

How can i show work experience please.
