bonechamberlain:
all those support and allies especially in the middle east are based on protection. the middle eastern countries are brutal regimes who only dance to the tune of the US as long as the US protects their eternal stay in power. eg Saudi. but the same saudi under the young ruler has seen the handwriting on the wall(sighting their failed Yemen war and their failed attempt to strangulate Qatar who immediately ran to Iran and turkey for help) and gradually shifting away from the US or becoming cautious. the issue of Syria has shifted the dynamics of power play in international politics. where the world is now gradually accepting bi-polarism or multi-polarism as against uni-polarism where the US was lord and master. now countries can pursue their own independent policy both foreign and national without being scared of what the US might think about it, knowing fully well that there us a Russia or China or Iran etc somewhere that they can run to when the US starts their bully show.

what has those 700 based achieved for the US nothing but to put fear on countries going against their dictate, the fear which is gradually fading out.

it just a matter of time before Europe gets emancipated from the US engineered Russophobia. first was brexit, Germany might be calling for another election soon as Merkel's party has failed to get a majority. worst of all Russia is winning in the "propaganda and diplomatic war".

more countries are beginning to support UN resolutions against Israel, something that wouldn't happen when the influence of the US was at all time high. And worst of all Trump has always supported Putin even against his own country. there is a lot going on.

IPOB - Something Big Will Happen in Anambra Tomorrow 18th November. I'm live on ground, don't be deceived by the media propaganda, nobody is going to vote. All those people you see in rallies were either paid to show up or conveyed from neighboring states.
I'm in support of IPOB. But I think we should just wait and see what happens tomorrow, it is just 24hrs away from us - PATIENCE! After tomorrow it is either IPoB goes forever into oblivion or IPoB emerges stronger than ever.

IPOB in 2013? Evidence of where they are calling for boycott or forever shut up.

Present the previous election results and let us compare.

You dont just make numbers from your flat..head. We need facts from INEC. Show us anywhere esp in Southern Nigeria where turnout percentage is above 40%. And show us how IPOB was the cause.

Anambra election since inception has recorded nothing above 28%. Prove otherwise
You're in a consolation mood, and I'm not the one to indulge you.

FOLYKAZE:
I hate it when people just blab without any figures and facts to support their senseless rants.

Election all over Nigeria has always been having a low turnout. That we know. That election in any state in Nigeria had rarely recorded anything above 50% turnout. The record is there for everyone to see. When you compare registered voters and accredited votes, you would understand that Nigeria Election records mostly below 50%. In Katsina, Kano and Kaduna where Buhari was massively voted for, the turnout there wasn't up to 50%. In Rivers where we had a slight above 50%, we agreed it was abruptly rigged in favor of politicians. While all these happened, Anambra is not exempted. It is even worst there.

In Anambra last Gubernatorial election, the number of registered voters is 1,770,125 while accredited votes recorded is 451,826. This means that 1,318,299 didn't vote. 14,555 was rejected. The population of Anambra compared to those who registered for 2013 election is more than 55%. The election turnout in 2013 is 25%. So what is all the fuse IPOB are talking about when we managed to get 25% in 2013?

It can become worse and more. OP should tell us what the percentage would be if Anambran are going to boycott the election. What percentage would turnout percentage be before we can accept election is boycotted? Anything above 20% is unacceptable because we have recorded this before. Anything between 20% - 25% is an complete fail because election turnout in Anambra is within that range. So what are we going to accept as a win for IPOB? 15% and below

This is the type of fact and figure we want the OP and IPOB members to present. In a state where the turnout is between 20% - 30% since inception, getting anything within that range means IPOB fails. Getting anything between 15% above is also a failure. But when we have 15% and below, we can assume that IPOB is powerful as been proclaimed. The whole nosie about Nsala or whatever is not an excuse. People have been boycotting election for many reasons without making a noise from it. If and if you can achieve 15% below, then you win but when IPOB cannot achieve this, then the populace will sse how useless the organization is.
Dimwit, one thing you're yet to realize is that IPOB was also the cause of the low turnout in 2013 guber election in Anambra. IPOB since inception (in 2012) has always adviced its people to stay away from Nigeria's election. Even in 2015 if you were observant you would've noticed that there was serious voter apathy in the SE/SS region.

Compare those stats you posted up there with previous elections then you will understand why this election will be a walk over for IPOB.

The boycott of Enugu's election is a pointer to what is to come. One more point @OP, Nov 18th will show who the has people's mandate. In order words it will show who has the upper hand in Biafraland, Ohaneze or IPOB, that day everything will be revealed, and thank goodness intl observers will be on ground to monitor the election. After Nov 18th if we are successful in boycotting the elections it will strengthen the global image of IPOB as the voice of the people and will go further to legitimize whatever actions IPoB may wish to take.

I'm so happy because the the battle hour is near.

It is true! I can testify to that. Believe me Anambra will be total lockdown. I never knew Enugu will record this amount of success. I was perplexed when I went through the entire New Haven (particularly N/H primary school)and not a single person was in any of the polling units. To me this is UNBELIEVABLE!!!

98% of what you quoted was an explanation to inform a concerned Nigerian of our position and why this is happening now.

I only used ONE sentence to describe what we'll do. This is it--"They'd f*ck the economy up and NOTHING will happen."

That's all, nothing further.

We've been doing this consistently for 15 years. Our reputation precedes us. No point wasting words. The fireworks would do the talking.

This is clearly the work of Uchemefor and his gangs of rebels hiding in London. They think they can embarrass this government and secure Nnamdi kanu's release via propaganda and blackmail. The Biafrans have been bitter and suicidal ever since buhari won and they will do whatever to discredit the success and good works of this administration. Instead of the IPOB yoots to blame their leaders for mismanaging their state funds, they are spamming every where with the tales of a dead and buried biafra as if angel will fall from heaven to rule them in the useless biafra. As far as we are concerned, biafra will never come. We will resist any attempt by vagabonds to break the country sad

so many things become invalid throwing people into turmoil and war but i guess the Biafraudians and Ipobians did not think that through

My man stop consoling yourself. Your eyes will soon clear, all this gibberish of civil war will not deter Biafrans from getting their desires. I tell you even the British knows that Nigeria has come to an end, if you had eyes you would have noticed that immediately the British Former External Minister left Nigeria in his state visit the next country he visited was Rwanda where he went to back-up an oil deal, haven't you noticed Americas' silence over NDA? Upon the fact that more than 60% of NDA attacks have been directed to American companies, well maybe after Americas' election your eyes will clear...

Just recently CNN hinted you on what Nigeria will be 2050, that is a coded message to Nigerians that your country is about to end. Thankfully, Donald Trump is coming to officially end this entity. How will he do that? He will start by cutting Nigeria off from the list of countries in Americas good book, so if we continue with our agitation for self determination Nigeria will have no friend in America who will silence the voice of the Biafrans, and in that case maybe Nigeria will turn to Saudi Arabia and that will be the ultimate end. Even Obassanjo Knows this thing.

OP, This horse shit is not going to deter us from seeking our God given right to self determination. Scare Mongering aint gonna work. If you know the amount of scare mongering thrown at the British in the wake of Brexit, you will understand that when a peoples mind is a made on certain aspects of their lives nothing is ever going to change that. CNN gave Nigerians a clue of what the world is planning for them, just wait for it... By November US will have a new president, so just tell Bubu to continue with his thoughtless actions and when the time comes people like you will be sweating to save him. Again, just wait for it!!

This is just another movie about to start. APC wants to begin another movie, fortunately they've got some zombies who will believe whatever crap they come up with. Maybe in buharis second year dey will throw up another 'corruption scandal' since the first one has run its course. I urge my better southern people to disregard dis ojuju calabar movie and ask Buhari for dividend of democracy and not to be playing spectacles to his zombies.
