so how do we help dem, we do not mk laws neither do we legislate or execute laws, besides this forum is populated by those looking for job. So i dont think this is the right channel to air their voice. its unfortunate our country is talks of rule of law yet we remain the most lawlessness nation where any and everything strives. @Marthac d nxt stage is SRD assessment centre wot did u apply for and wot was d interview format.

wot wuz ur interview experience like? how long did it last was it just behavoural qtns or career aspiration pls share with us.

Well i didnt go pass this stage, but i guess it wud be a face interview with a manager and then d offer, pls read abt APMoller I cant really remember if we were asked qtns abt it but to be on the safe side.

its verbal reasoning, numerical and diagrammatical as well. The pay very fantastic. above 150k depending on ur area.

@ lekdiddy yep someone on naija hot jobs hs bn shortlisted for HR. I guess u also applied 4 HRbcos i did as well i hope we cud all gt to discuss thru this medium.

@ Nosmas dis is a decision for u to make. u hv to consider the pros and cons. firstly how genuie is the biz ur friend is into? if it is genuie and promises to be longterm den let him gt u d offer letter first, until dis is in ur hands my brother keep going with wot u hv as u keep searching for a better one. Remember there r many out there who would not mind having wot u already hv. Like i said b4 u weigh the pros and cons.

The May recruitment advert just expired on the 31st and CV's are still under review. Dey hv nt yet started communicating to people.
Meanwhile wot did u apply for I did HR.

its quite possible to become a permanent staff but not really easy u must put so many things into consideration how authentic is dis guy? r u aware of anybody he has done such for? if it doesnt work out can u forfeit wot u invested. U must do ur calculations right. But I know NYSC is a basic requirement so on wot basis is he securing dis job for u? u must also weigh short term sacrifices for a longterm benefit.

@ julian as already advised ur email add is not professional. U shd also do a spell check on ur CV I believe its Leaving Certificate and nt living.

its btw 100- 120k, 50k 4 contract staff.
