3.75kva Thermocool Gen no longer wants to power any significant load (like my 1.5 inverter AC) except for TV and inverter freezer, which my smaller generator can also power with no stress.

Long version...

Ever since I bought my second Thermocool gen (3.75kva) from their showroom, it's been one problem or the other.

Currently, if I switch it on and power the ac, it takes about 20 mins before it starts groaning and jerking.

Last time it did that, called a repairer and they washed the carburetor as there was water in the tank.

The carburetor was also washed again this time as there was water in the tank (don't know how water gets inside as I didn't experience this with the first gen).

Yet, no change and the repairer said we should change the carburetor but I'm skeptical as once they start changing stuff in the gen, it might get worse.

Any advice boss?

I was going to ask how did water get into the tank, but you have answered that already. Apart from the carburettor, have you checked the AVR to know if it's faulty? I would suggest you take the Gen to their Authorised Store for proper repair. I have been using Thermocool Tec Bobo 2.5kva for close to 2 years now, no issue whatsoever and has never been touched by any Technician. I just change oil every 3 weeks at least depending on usage though....

Obasanjo was healthy, fit and fully incharge of his govt, Jonathan was a weakling who allowed his wife and the likes of Deziani run his govt. Obasanjo had technocrats working with him and they delivered because OBJ was alive to his duties, his govt wasn't 100% percent successful though. Jonathan was a weak President, his weakness allowed his Wife, cabinet and cabals highjack his govt and loot the country almost dry. Buhari's illness and lack of proper plan to rule led Nigeria to where it is today, after his inauguration in 2015, Buhari wasted 6 months plus before appointing the likes of Lai Muhammed as ministers. Then the sickness started and the Abba Kyari, Maman Daura and other Cabals took over his govt and resulted to where the country currently is. Buhari's poor health is a major reason the country is bleeding today, his ordered where not been carried out effectively and he was never aware. Buhari ordered IG of Police to relocate to Benue State in the heat of herdsmen attack, the IG disobeyed a direct command and Buhari didn't know until after 3 months. Buhari said so himself when he later visited Benue State, yet he didn't sack the IG afterward.
Tinubu is not healthy enough to be President, and his govt would be worse than Buhari God forbid he gets elected. Aso Rock is not home for the sick, we don't need another sick man to lead 200m+ Nigerian.

I jejely buy fuel for motor enter road. About 35k fuel took us to and fro.

Very crazy fare my brother, Lagos to Ibadan is still a bit safer than Lagos to Abuja. In a saner clime, APC wouldn't even be contesting next year's Election...

This is what I got from a vendor.

Elepaq - 6.5 KVA, = #189,000
7.5 KVA, = #315,000
9 KVA = #375,000

Sumeic Fireman -
6.5 KVA, = #390,000
7.5 KVA, =#410,000
9 KVA = #425,000

The bolded is definitely a fake Gen, that amount would at most get you a 2.5kva Generator. Elepaq are well know for their fake rating, you might see 6.5kva on their Gen but actual rating could be 2.5kva.
Also avoid those mini Generator shops unless you are going with a trusted technician, they sell more of fake too. Just try adjust your budget and get a reliable brand, good luck once again...

I need something around 7KVA to 9KVA and I am getting 400k plus for the brands you suggested.

However, someone suggested Elepaq constant 100% copper. What do you think?

My budget is around 250 to 300k and I want to get a reliable gen that can at least carry my borehole pumping machine (1.5 hp), 3 inverter ac (1.5 hp each) and microwave.

The Buhari effect . But on a sincere note, you won't get durable Original 7 to 9kva Gen for your current budget. Elepaq Gen are ok, but its probably Fake if you are offered 7 to 9kva Elepaq for ₦300k. I may be wrong sha, just go with a trusted technician if you decide to buy the brand.
As for your estimated load, i think a 4.5kva Gen should be able to power them if you run the appliances intermittently. But get a 6kva or above Gen to be on the safe side, the fall of Naira is reason for the massive price increase.....

Get a Thermocool Gen or get Original Sumec Fireman. Look around your neighbourhood or use Google to search for any Thermocool Authorised Store close to you to check current prices. Also Google how and where to get Original Sumec Fireman Gen. If you choose Thermocool, just locate their Authorised Store and buy with ease and peace of mind. If you choose Sumec Fireman, go with an expert to help determine if the Gen is Original or Fake. Don't buy Gen online, good luck...

Apparently, he was never going to allow PDP use the stadium for campaign. He probably also got Intel they are planning to use government primary/secondary school so he's one step ahead. Wike has now banned campaign in public schools unless you get approval from the state government.

LASG have been using this Airport, Badagry Deep Sea Port and 4th Mainland Bridge to campaign for years, they always do this before election. Hope they truly start contruction next year and complete it on time too.

That £100m spent on Antony would have served better in other area of the team, but Ten Hag needed his own players and Antony was the only left footed RW he wanted. Hopefully he will adapt and cook well for us.

Too early is why Pogba left for free after 6 years of serving us rubbish, why we still have the likes of Shaw, Martial, Rashford, Jones, McTominay, Maguire, Linderlof, Fred at the club. Fergie signed players like Kleberson, Djemba-Djemba, Veron, Pobosky, Bebe, Obertan etc, they didn't turn up and Fergie sold them after one or two season. Current United management don't know how to cut their loss in time, instead they would be offering improved salaries to underperforming players.

I don’t defend the indefensible. If he doesn’t get it together this season he should be offloaded. You can’t be struggling for form and also not putting in the minimal effort required.

Like I said during preseason this season is make or break for him. For now I will be patient until the season ends.

To be Honest Doc i have not seen anything in Sancho's game that gives hope he will do well, he doesn't have the required ability like Pace, Power and dribbling skill to succeed as a Winger at United. Maybe he will do better playing the No 10 role...
