An Ethiopian national, Sintayehu Legese, has won the 2019 Lagos City Marathon.

The victory has earned Lagese the $50 prize slated for the winner of the tournament. He finished the race with a time of 2:17:26, while Joshua Kipkorir came second.

Those who came second and third would be going home with $40,000 and $30,000 respectively.

It is hightime trucks are prohibited from plying same roads with motorcycles and cars.They are responsible for majority of incidences of accidents on main roads.
An alternative roads should be created for their use only to mitigate road accidents.

The news, credited to the university’s V.C, reads: “Yahoo Yahoo is the thing reigning now in Ago Iwoye. So, I the VC implore all students to engage in it to survive in school. Thank you.” .

Many have, however, said that hackers may be behind the message.
