This picture was posted online this morning . It shows two police officers beating a driver with their baton. According to what happened, the driver was asked to stop at a police checkpoint but refused to and when a police man jumped on his bonnet, the driver drove off with him on it. Some other drivers and police van later intercepted the driver and the police officers used their baton to give him serious beating before they took him away. Violation of human rights I must say http://dropxclusive..com/2015/06/two-policemen-beat-up-unsuspecting.html?m=0

An upcoming Nigerian artistes named LT with the real name Olowu Taiwo, has told HipTV that Olamide stole the ‘Shakitibobo’ dance from him. According to LT, “After I did my video, a friend of mine told me the dance I did in the video (Yobo dance) was trending on Instagram by Olamide. And my friend told me he had already told someone who is in Olamide’s crew about the dance. I released the audio version of my own song on 22nd April, 2015, and Olamide released his own song on 2nd May.” “During that time, I was working on my viral video which I released on 6th May. It wasn’t up to 24 hours after that, I saw Shakiti Bobo, I was like, what’s going on; why is this happening at this particular time. I’m not here to point fingers that someone stole my dance moves, but I feel it’s not cool for you to do something that you knew about from someone else, and pick it up as your own” LT added I saw this dance step last year in abeokuta at a seminar. But I don't know if it was LT that was performing. http://dropxclusive..com

Pretty actress, Alex Okoroji, was once married to Omar Captan, Ghanaian ‘fine boy’ actor. Not so many people would know the marriage packed up almost as soon as it was contracted. Indeed, speaking to Saturday Beats on the phone recently, Alex admitted her marriage lasted for a short time though she was not ready to reveal how long she was married. “I can’t really tell you how long I was married. Sometimes, you won’t realise that a relationship is over until it is actually over. It was shorter than 18 months technically,” she said. But her marriage, short as it may have been, produced a beautiful baby who is the centre of the actress’s life. Talking about currently being a single mother, Alex said it has made her to become stronger. “You tend to be more self-sufficient. I’m playing double roles; being the dad and mum at the same time. It’s a little challenging but at the same time, it’s good. Sometimes, separation is not always a bad option.” When asked if she would eventually reconcile with her ex, Alex said, “No. I don’t think so. I think he has moved on and I’ve moved on as well. So, I’m not thinking towards that direction anymore. I think the most important thing is for us to remain parents to our child. I’m not interested in being a couple. I just want everybody to play their roles. That’s all. You can never stop being a parent, be it a father or a mother to your child, but you can stop being a wife or a husband.” Alex claimed she is not in a relationship at the moment. She said, “I’m married to my work. My focus at the moment is working on my purpose and building on my career. I was distracted for a long time. At such times, you get married, have a child and focus on your child, but when that is out, I have another focus. Right now, my focus is on my child and my career. Every other thing is by the way.” Alex claimed she has been celibate for a long time but she is done with it and is ready to date again. “I’ve been separated for so long but a lot of people didn’t know until recently that it came out in the papers. So, I’m absolutely done with my break, but I’m not in a relationship. I’ve moved on since then. It’s possible to be on a break, and at the same time be focused on your work. You may not be in a serious relationship with someone but then, you are having a casual relationship with someone or you are seeing someone once in a while. I’m very open to dating but I’m not in a relationship with anybody. Right now, my focus is on my work but that doesn’t mean that if somebody that I like or get along with comes, I won’t give attention. I’ll definitely be open to that. So, I’ve gone past my break,” she said. http://dropxclusive..com/2015/06/im-done-with-my-sex-break-open-to.html?m=0

A suspected cultist, Anu Olokodana, who is wanted by the police in Lagos for allegedly killing his friend, Adeleke Awosiga, has reportedly threatened to unleash terror on residents of his area. PUNCH Metro had reported on Tuesday that Olokodana, said to be a member of the Buccaneers Confraternity, drowned a childhood friend, Awosiga, in a swimming pool at the Royal Hotel in the Isheri, Ojodu Berger area of Lagos during a birthday party. It was reported that the cause of the killing, which took place on Saturday, June 13, was because Awosiga, 20, refused to join the cult group. On Tuesday, PUNCH Metro visited the Famuyiwa, Mowe area, where the deceased and the suspect lived. It was learnt that Olokodana, who was still in hiding with members of his cult group, had made calls to some residents, threatening to mobilise his cult group to kill more people. A resident, who gave his name only as Rashidi, told our correspondent that Olokodana called, saying his gang was not afraid of the police. He was quoted to have said the cult members were planning to come back for residents who narrated Awosiga’s killing to the press. He was quoted as saying, “We are not a cult group that fights and cannot come back. We are coming back to kill more people. You have the guts to go and put me on the newspaper.” PUNCH Metro learnt that the two cult members, who were arrested by the police the day after Awosiga’s killing, had come to spy on the area when they were apprehended by residents. A resident, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Awosiga was the third person in the area who the cultists would kill in recent times for refusing to join their group. He said, “The second day after the man was killed was a Sunday. In the afternoon, we saw two young men entering a church near Awosiga’s family house. They were dressed in Yellow shirts and caps. They were caught eavesdropping on people’s conversations. “When we challenged them, they attempted to run away, but the residents rounded them up and took them to the Mowe Police Station. “The cult group’s threats are very real. Awosiga is the third person they would kill in the Mowe area for refusing to join their group. They have hideouts in the Lotto area, and they boasted that even the police could not arrest them. The birthday party that Olokodana held was actually their yearly anniversary and they must kill someone at the party to mark the event.” At the Awosiga’s family house, the deceased’s mother, Ololade, told our correspondent that her son was not a violent child, adding that the police should investigate the matter, and bring the culprits to book. She said, “He is my second son. After he finished secondary school, he learnt how to lay tiles so he could work and save money to gain admission for further studies. He and his boss were going to several places to work in Ogun and Lagos states. “He was not a violent boy. I cannot express my sorrow. I lost his father about 10 years ago. My children have been my succour. I want the police to fish out his killers.” http://dropxclusive..com/2015/06/cultist-who-drowned-friend-threatens-to.html?m=0

Setaje:That's the more reason why you need to pray for a good husband, toke makinwa's case is different, her husband is just one idiot, and the man seems like he does not care about her feelings. So, pray for a good man and keep your shape, and watch tinz go almost smoothly, though no relationship is smooth. Am sure even Charlie boy might have cheated on his wife b4 buh she was able to manage it. There is no perfect relationship, but patience is a virtue. ![]() |
