I once bought a complete house in January 2021, for less than N5.7m(true facts) .... a three bedroom flat... in a remote area in LAGOS.
so do the maths for 20m...

Some ignorant peeps will claim it is not possible because all they see is all they think actually exists... with 5M, you can buy a good house with fence in IBADAN... so pls I know the details of what I wrote and I am the living proof.... I own admob apps on playstore that give me 30-60usd monthly.... so you see, I know what I know and I am doing what I know and it is working for me.

I would spend it doing things that bring me 60-80% R.O.I weekly.
For general example... admob, shiitcoins, arbitrage and dropservices.

These are things I currently have tested and will need more capital to expand. (don't ask me to teach you or go deeper, I have been specific enough)

For Investments... Real Estate, I would buy at least 4 (already furnished and occupied) houses and live off the rentals in a better African country.

These are the ones I can publicly mention, I hope I have been generous enough..... cos its clear you want people to spill their secret means of earnings, so you can scheme off the top with it and make your own moves. grin

forgetting that making money skills is based on individual personality traits.

For ONLINE JOBS, you must be FAST..... I mean very FAST at executing your skills because the competition is GLOBAL, so it will always be HIGH.

So you see, no legit easy way out.... just in case you think working from home is easier, IT IS NOT, I work from home and I have several online shops too.... IT IS NOT EASIER AT ALL.

No one who is truly making money online will leave their money to come and teach you for free.... NO ONE....
So calm down and finish school and go and upgrade your skills, get a physical job that pays, then use online for side gigs or side hustle.... then you will be fine.

iF YOU DO NOT HAVE CONSTANT INTERNET, WITH SURE SPEED and CONSTANT POWER SUPPLY...... pls stop frustrating yourself with looking for online stuff.... just build your offline career and grow till you can afford the online lifestyle.

I believe when you study psychology you will understand your child(NOT KID) better.

For example, CUTTING OFF A PROMISE OR A PLEASURE POINT for your children because of a bad behavior will help them learn consequences.

Giving them extra chores as punishment will also help them learn.

Detention too, locking them up in a room with no internet device, will simulate the prison experience for them and correct their folly.

Sorry, in Nigeria today, secrecy is the highest paying currency, NAIJA entered into crypto and lives of youths became so much easier, the pressure to do voodoo for money dropped drastically, govt stopped it..... NAIJA entered into IMPORTATION years ago and GOVT also limited it and ruined it unnecessarily, BLOGGING/VLOGGING FOR FREE SPEECH TOO has been sanctioned..... see, in naija, ANYTHING EXPOSED will always lead to ruin.... .
Secrecy about how you make your money is GOLDEN, not for public consumption.... even MMM was thriving when few people were members, but as soon as it went so massive and the public entered it, it came to terrible ruin.... so all I can say is anyone with 10m can NEVER be broke in this life again as long as they know where to look and what to do....
