The increase was a big rumour used in propelling student 2 action... The fight was for the reduction of certain dues like
-removal of 10k dev fee
_reduction of acceptance fee
_removal of cbt fee
-departmental fee( as we all pay our departmental fee in our various dept)
And so on.

it was never abt increment..guess u aint a student et ko?
