Please I got an empty nsf on the 5th day after my biometrics..my bank called me two days later to tell me that UK embassy sent them mail asking if my statement of account is genuine. Today makes it 10 working days and anxiety wants to kill me here.

Please can I do a paid call/mail today being the 10th day or I should wait till after the 15 days??

I got same mail too on the 5th working day but I got a call from the bank I used for my POF to tell me that they got a mail from UKVI to confirm the authenticity of the statement I uploaded. I am very worried.

Someone should help me with Ecobank o... they requested for invoice from university of Derby and I attached the one everyone is using and it's rejected... anyone with similar experience ? What's the timeline for sterling bank because I'm considering it

That bank is very useless.They rejected our request twice for living expenses cus we did not pay our school fees with them. Banks be doing the most.I hope they respond to you cus they are mean
