I wonder whom of the 2 posters I've learned more from. I know the answer. |
Pls Confirm if Ilupeju( Anthony Axis) is suitable. Kindly educate me on the Particular specs U'll require. I.E Floor Space/Parking arrangement/Convenience facilities etc. Pls send Mail to rnvtia@yahoo.com |
Hopefully,he'll teach us the tricks. Would be a shame for him to move on to something new and leave us flatfooted. Wonder what he has to do to be bought out by Google ![]() |
Try SGS. Google them. They're international & represented in Nigeria. |
Allan Joe, howdy? Whats Dis about? Is it a Promotional? Advertising? are U employing? Kindly throw some light. Grazie. |
Waleco, U don come again O! No year of Manufacture-So we go sabi Model. No Pix. Just D minimum info. Whats Condition of Tyres/Seats/Compressor? Bros try put pix or answer dis questions. THANK U. |
Thank God its Over! I had a bad dream that I was banned from Posting ![]() Well, Great Week Everybody. What will I do Dis week? Same thing I do every week,TRY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD! |
Hmmm, Thoughtful. N10 for a million Nigerians works out @ N10million. What happens if 2million Posts come in? 1st Thing about Nigerian is they expect everybody outside Govt Officials & Bus Drivers to keep their Word. I think we need a better Plan. Truthfully, Its the IT Capabilities behind such a venture we should start with? Dont U agree? Thank U Posting. |
Listen to me very Carefully,I will say this only Once! I've nothing against Nairaland or Seun. Disclosure: I've gained Businesswise from this Fora. I've bought a laptop & a phone at very fair prices & secured a 250k contract from a client I've never met in Person. But I'm constantly consumed with how to make things better and lately I've turned to thinking how to make Nairaland better. Logically, it branched into how to raise a Competitor to Nairaland. The thought would not go away so I'm throwing it out there, saying aloud what a lot of you have frequently thought of but not brought to life yet. How would you go about raising a viable competitor to Nairaland? The Floor is Open. |

I did not Watch the Debate. But I've read most of the Threads & I have dis to say. I dont think we need a strong leader. Just a Leader who is sold out to following existing laws. That's all. A Man who will respect the Law & expect/compel everybody else too. On this count, I worry about Buhari,Ribadu. The first has a messiah Complex. The second is used to strong arm tactics. Strangely, till date Jonathan has resisted exhibiting both attributes mentioned above. I do not know enough about Shekarau. In my opinion,Dis nation needs a simple man. Not Showy,Not Loud. Just intent on doing things well. Finishing what he starts. Our Problems are not Complex. I repeat, All we need is a man who will be accountable to us & hold us accountable to the Law. |
Sir, I dont know why U havent gotten hits on dis car. Looks pretty Good to me & D starting Price is reasonable. Lets see how it goes. Happy Selling. |
Obi, Its a rare car that I havent seen used as a taxi now. There's no best car fits all roads now. A lot would depend on ur route. An interstate taxi moving between states where Produce is frequently transported will benefit from a particular kind of car over the other. Bottomline, as a new starter in the business, give yourself an edge by using cars that seat 3 comfortably in the first row. Possibly using a van that seats an additional 2 at the back. Buy Lagos used or Tokunbo. its hard to break even when All U start with is 2 brand new cars. |
Not Bad, Oga Sunny. Say something about Mileage, Condition of AC and whether 6 or 8cylinder. All info useful. Happy Selling. |
@Poster, U're silent on the Mileage & Presence or absence of AC-Whether Factory or Fitted. I appreciate ur maturity in dealing with the other poster. Well done. But U'll get more traction by dropping ur price. Realistically, its hard 2 justify 400k for dis vehicle. Remember, On Nairaland as elsewhere,Price is a Differentiator, not bargaining skills! |
skoda octavia saloon or wagon? AC or No AC? what year? pls advice. |
Hmmm! |
@ Siena, Dude U got BMW Fever Bad! nary A bmw related post U dont get in on! dont take much to find U. Just put up a post Describing a BMW engine as a V6, U pop right out of Ur Bottle! 3rd or 4th time I've caught U making D Correction. @ Makash, Lovely Ride. Do we truly understand the Inline 6 engine in this country yet? For Power,Its Unbeatable. Maintenance? Perhaps with the right Mechanic. I've extended the Phobia to Benz C,E Classes. I see a "Straight 6", I Run! |
Bought one Recently. Its not bad. Aesthetically, D cq56 is more appealing. has a Matt scratchproof Keyboard thats Just lovely. Back 2 D matter at hand,The CQ56 I bought does not play Audio CDs. plays DVDs beautifully. My question- Do i correct dis by downloading Audio CD playing software-If such a thing exists or Do I just buy an External Disc drive/ Pls Advice,Good People. |
Timing Chain goes ratatat-ratatat. has no perceptible effect on car till it snaps. sure is annoying though. Also, Accessories fall off. winders, trim line plastic. little things that annoy U. |
U've got a good thing going here & I Suspect U know it! Ur attitude to mindless criticism is also admirable. I did not see a Mobile number for U. Pls post 1 & wait for my call. Lovely day. |
Enekwizu u're D biggest boy now O! D E90 continues to work perfectly. Thank U. Best of Luck with D 71& 95. |
John Lithgow in Cliffhanger Alan Rickman in Die Hard 1 Liam Neeson in Batman Returns? |
@ siena- By the way, all BMW 6-cylinders are in-line sixes. No V6 models were ever built, and won't be, in the foreseeable future. Now, I know U know ur biz. So,I'm not inclined to argue. but I will be Posting pix pretty shortly of what I regard as evidence that non Inline six engines were made by BMW. Watch Dis Space. |
@everyone-Great Thread! I'm currently torn btwn buying a Benz w124 E series circa92-95( 4Cylinder injector) vs a BMW 5series 525 six cylinder model(its not an inline six) I've driven a BMW 3 series in the Past & it totally put me off Japanese cars Forever? I make Bold to say that U cant switch between a BMW/Benz & a Salon Type Japanese car with Ease! there's something to do with Solidity that the Japanese models just lack. It must have something to do with stability, drag coefficients etc. i lack the technicalese for it, but they just handle differently. At best, after driving a Benz/BMW, U could try a Lexus/Infiniti type jeep. But its likely U'll never really return to Japanese salons easily. |
100 pounds=45.36 kg 200 pounds=90.72kg 300pounds=136kg |
@James1 is that room in Ikoyi self Contained? Whats the duration to be paid for? Kindly advise. |
E90 available @ 25k. Price Negotiable. Mild Fading on Jacket. No Memory Card. Make me an Offer. |
I'm Sad. This Thread started out innocuously enough. Now see what we done with it. Chinwetel is a fine actor. Its Ironic. I believe he is or was scheduled/considered to play Fela on Broadway. Now that's a Nigerian that no Tribe could ever appropriate to themselves. He transcended Tribes or Language! Why cant we be more like Fela? or Chinwetel? |
@ Ikengawo south africans feel threatened by nigerians cause nigerians are unstoppable once they put their mind to something and the whole of africa knows this ![]() Maybe we shld all put our minds towards good Governance in our land and so make Good Govt Unstoppable! No Be So? |
sir, 180514miles=290447kms. Is this what U really mean as the mileage of the Vehicle? Happy Selling. |
