I am a member of the CCRN, and as a bona-fide member and Minister, Mbaka has been a mentor. But the guy is going the wrong way.

Stephen Uche Njoku who is the Spiritual Father of Mbaka as well as the CCRN had started saying this before he passed on, trying to warn Mbaka that his recent approach to Ministry is not what he taught. Mana Ejike Mbaka anara anu nti.

I won't see someone going against clear biblical injunctions on never coarsing people to give (2 Cor. 9:7) or getting them to make a show of their giving and be silent. The Bible did not exempt bazaar for these injunctions.

First check name/brand and nameplate specs - what are the VmP,Rated Current then VoC and ShortCircuit current e.t.c

Get your digital multimeter capable of DC Voltage and Current Measurements handy then take panels out at midday under clear sun conditions and measure the open circuit voltage (be sure not to touch the metal contacts and get a nasty shock). Connect a suitable DC load that can draw say 70% of the rated current and measure the panel VmP & current using your multimeter.

What you are trying to do here is to see if the Panels are able to deliver close to their rated voltage and current capacity.

Are the panels new or used? In general you want to buy only well known & reliable performance brands within your budget - your panel investment is for the long term and you want to make your buying decision with this fact in mind.

If you own a DC bench test module then the above tests will be easier to perform - or you can just go for the known Tier1 or Tier2 brand names who have established a history of good performance and be safe in the knowledge they will deliver to specs.
