@truemommy, so sorry for the miscarriage. Pray God comforts you and want to thnk for sharing your story. I have been inspired to continue using the serrapeptase. I started mine early August, so I will say I 've using it for 2months now though I have not gone back for anoda hsg. Ii gave myself 3mnths to be on it though I combine mine with wobenenzyme and a couple of other herbal supplements. I have read some women dont even get to finish go back for repeat hsg b4 they concieve. Pray mine is like that in Jesus name.
I will advise you continue with the serrapeptase till u get the bfp and also advice u see a gynae if they can place u on clomid or femara since one of your tubes is open. Ppl have concieved with just one btube so you can also with the one tube that is open. Also supplement with progesterone once u have gotten a bfp. All the best my sister and I look to reading about a bfp story that will be healthy and happy as I look forward to sharing my success story. Baby dust to everyone here.

People use as high as 450000iu a day but i got 120000iu and was using 2 capsules a day away from food ie early morning and late at nite. but i don't think it has any side effect.

Good day beautiful mamas and papas! I have been a silent reader for a while now because i wanted to give myself time to loose weight and take care of my body. I was diagonised with blocked tubes and hormone imblance and i have been ttc for over 5 yrs and I have never been pregnant.

I had my last period on July 27, 2015 and i decided to use serrapeptatse and guife bau for 3 mths b4 going for tubal flushing as advised by our mamas in dis forum. i only used 1 guifebau for 3days and didint use another one but used 2 serrapeptase of 120000iu 1st thing in d morning ans was also using pregnancare conception.

I was expecting my af late august but didnt see it so i thought it was delayed. On saturday sept 5, i did a home test and for the 1st time in my entire life i got a BFP!! I could not sleep because i was dazed and really happy. so on tuesday sept 8 i went for a scan and they said there was too much blood and that the baby was stressed and that i should rest. 3 days later i saw plenty blood very red! went back for 2 scan at two different places one advised i do evacuation and the other advised i do bed rest which i tried to do. but 4 days into the bed rest i saw more blood so I HAD TO DO EVACUATION.

I am so sad right now and i begin to wonder y i was seeing so much blood and the scan was showing less weeks than when you count from my last af.

Sorry for the long gist.

I also want to let my beautiful mamas with blocked tubes that guife bau and serrapeptase really works together, use pre natal multivitamins and also lots of prayers.

i dont know when to expect my next af and i know that God has settled me because now i know i can get pregnanat.

TVS is transvaginal ultrasound. It's a method of doing a Pelvic scan.

It could show some evidence of a PID.

But you must see your doctor for diagnosis.

Your hormone profile is within normal range. What cycle day was the Progesterone test?

The HSG showed evidence of perifimbrial adhesion. Picture this abnormality as a band of tissue that has gummed various structures around the fimbrial part of the tubes together.

Commonest causes of this are chronic PID or aftermath of surgery.

Treatment options include laparoscopy, hydrointubation, surgery and IVF.

Discuss your options with your gynaecologist.

I want to start ttc again so i intend doing all the tests again. I have never had a surgery so the cause may be from chronic PID like you suggested. @truemommy, with the present HSG, u can still conceive naturally. Loculated spill may indicate small pockets of fluid that can possible indicate tubal adhesions causing a dilated appearance of the tube. This is not ideal, but it does not tell you that the tube is blocked and you cannot get pregnant.

For ur Progesterone, I dnt think u r ovulating if it wz carried out on CD21. For prolactin, u can try d ewedu therapy for correction. U can check previous post for it.
Other sabi mama's will attend to u soon.

@truemommy, u dont need a docs referal to do tvs in naija, just locate a lab, tell them what you want to do/that ur doc said u shud do tvs..
the commonest use of tvs is to check the follicles and uterine lining.
if u want to cover all bases...do a check shot as soon as af stops {this gives u an idea of how ur ovaries are, if u hv cysts or not]
then 2 to 3 days b4 ovu....u do another tvs..................so see ur follicle size, how many they are and uterine lining...
the 1 to 3 days after ovu.....to confirm that the follicle actually burst to realease the egg and it wasnt a cyst camouflaging as egg...
all these will help to rule out pcos, and also confirm u ovulated and ur system is in top shape...........tvs ranges from 3k to 10k depending on location
a fixed date for ur period?..u mean like every 28days, 31 days?...i dont see a prob with that, about ur not ovulation, u need to confirm if its ze3ro ovulation or having follicles that fail to mature..........this is usally treated with clomid [folo ur docs advice], but first things first...u need to get ur tubes/adhesions sorted out first
