phillip4re:Yes it's. The country was a scam. Lord Lugard and his bunch of 419ners used the word Nigeria to scam the people of their oil. Nigeria was never born out of the interest of the people inside it rather it was amalgamated to satisfy the selfish greed of the colonial master. All they wanted was the oil. So u see the country is cursed. So much atrocities has been committed it the country... |

amaechi1:how is this decision in our favor? The commodity retained it price. |
godson36:I'm not going to argue with you but let me match some of your points. Yes I thought about all the evidence you mentioned up there, the school principal, people in the area, the parents of the acclaimed girls and so. Now put party affiliation aside, ask yourself this questions too. From the last days of GEJ gvt till date sambisa have been seriously combated. So far a lot of women and girls who has been adopted by BH had been freed by the army yet none of them is one of the girls. So many BH has been captured and some killed yet none of them have information about the girls. Where did BH took the girls to? Ok fine they took them to jupiter. What's so special about the girls that BH is keeping them in a very special and highly secured place. It's very possible that the principal and all the evidence you mentioned were paid for. Think about moving 270 girls from one location. How long will that take. Remember it happened during the day time. So no one somewhere have even tecno phone to take a video or picture of this things happening in this modern days that almost every even that happened is been snap or film. We've seen pictures and videos of BH activities, even BH themselves do video and post it out Yet 270 girls were moved and picture or video. Like I said it's easier to high women to come and cry. As much as u'll provide transportation for them N1,500 is enough for them to even go to Abuja and cry. Go ahead and check my profile. Long before Fayose said this I've been in opinion that the Chibok Girls is a propaganda. 270 girl from one school can never be all northerners. Ibo's Yoruba's and other tribes must be there except it's a totally muslim school. Just calm down, put sentiments aside and consider these points. |
The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, EEDC, has blamed what it described as incidences of overbilling of its customers on “energy theft” and appealed to electricity consumers in the South East to assist the company to apprehend the perpetrators. According to EEDC, energy theft is the major cause of the bloated bills, otherwise known as crazy bills. It said that “energy losses (theft) in Nigeria was about the highest in the world.” The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr Robert Dickerman, made this known during a town hall meeting with EEDC customers in Enugu, weekend. Dickerman, explained that energy theft occurred when consumers who are not captured in the company’s users’ database plug onto the system and consume electricity not accounted for, adding that this often led to sudden rise in the quantum of electricity consumed in a particular neighbourhood or district, where such a theft occurred. He said that rise in quantum of electricity consumed usually gave rise to crazy bills, pointing out that the situation would be reversed if consumers helped by alerting the EEDC promptly. “Help us to stop the practice; it is in everyone’s interest—both the company and consumers,” he said. Dickerman, an American who said he has worked in 25 other countries on electricity matters before coming to the country further said: “Most DISCOs are virtually bankrupt because we cannot collect all our tariffs. When a man suddenly starts manufacturing say pure water in your neighbourhood using the same power source as private, residential users in that neighbourhood, you must stop him or report such a person to us because if you do not, you are going to pay for the power he is consuming. “It is the power he consumes illegally that is often passed over to you as crazy bills. Certainly, the system would record any rise in the quantity of power consumed but if the consumer cannot be traced because he has consumed the power illegally, the burden must be borne by you who are captured in the users’ database. That is what results in crazy bills and that is why you must be vigilant to prevent energy theft in your neighbourhood or district.” Dickerman also stressed that only 700,000 consumers were in EEDC’s database in the South East pointing out that the figure was a far cry from the actual number of consumers in the five states of Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo which make up the South East. He, however said that the company had deployed enumerators to update the figure and enable it have a more accurate number of consumers as well as how to attend to their needs and minimise energy theft, which had not made EEDC lose money but led to consumers enjoying poor services. Commenting on estimated billing, Dickerman said it was still happening because there are not yet enough meters to go round every household and or commercial place in the zone even as the company had procured some meters, which were now being sold at N39,000 for the single phase and N68,000 for the three-phase meter. “You are as worried as we are. Believe you me, estimated billing does not benefit us financially or professionally. But, while the sale of the cap meter is going on now, it is not compulsory,” he added. Meanwhile, consumers asked a lot of burning questions regarding EEDC’s services. However, in answers to most of the questions, which bordered on crazy billing, slow response to customers’ complaints, poor customer relations and lackluster attitude of some EEDC staff to work, among others, Head, Customer Service, Ijeoma Ogudebe, assured consumers of a new era in the way EEDC runs. Firstly I don't think they have any reason to fear after all boko Haram has been defeated. But if you see how this people struggle and even bribe for them to be transfer to the east mostly Onitsha and Aba you will wonder at what and why they so much want to be in these area until you come and see how they make money from motorise. Onitsha is so calm all that police do here is set up a check point and stop all okada that passes and load them into their vehicle and drop in their station come back for more. Later in the day for the owner to take his bike is 5k or if it last too much they'll sale it for auction. One day I'll just stand somewhere and video their activities and post it here. |

I bet this will be the first and the last thing the military will say about the killing, even when ask on Aljezira Buhari didn't condemn the killing rather he refused to watch the clip and further went ahead and said that the protestants are daring the security of the nation. So he is aware of the killing. |

anonimi:do u still believe in chibok girls? over 5000 captives has been so far reported freed buy the army since the said kidnapping of chibok girls yet the chibok girls are no way among the released persons. What's so special about chibok girls that BH is keeping them in only God knows where? We only have some groups of organized and paid women posting as their parents but no one has come out on her own to claim the lost of her daughter. |
