Op from your analysis, Obi has a decent chance in the north. Let me break it down:
1) The cabals votes from Tinubu and El rufia's rants are clearly against Tinubu, so their votes will be shares between kwankaso and Atiku
2) Christian votes: Obi will get a lion share of the christian votes because of the kind of treatments the christians are receiving from the core Northerners as well as the insecurity been targeted at them which most of them see as a jihad against their faith. So we are looking at about 70 to 80% Christian votes for Obi
3) Muslim votes: Majority of Muslims see Tinubu are a fake Muslim and he may struggle to get 15% Muslim votes even with the support of the state governors. Obi may get up to 10% Muslim votes from the very educated Muslims and those that are tired of the status quo in the country which everybody irrespective of your religion or tribe is currently facing. Then Atiku and kwankaso will share the rest 75%.
In summary:
Obi is likely to get up to 25%
Atiku will get up to 35%
Kwankaso will get 28%
Tinubu Around 12%

1) When the southsouth had an opportunity to become the president through Goodluck Jonathan, it was the southwest that ganged up with the North to cut short his tenure.
