Happie Boys Beg Nigerians For Forgiveness, Admit They Were Ungrateful After Hugging Limelight
The two young men who were helped to travel abroad by Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere of the Omega Power Ministries have admitted they are ingrates They spoke in a new video in which they acknowledged that they made mistakes which led to Nigerians turning against them According to Happie Boys, they have since realized their folly and are now living a changed life after they were deported to Nigeria from Cyprus
The once-popular Happie Boys have confessed that they made several mistakes, which led to people turning against them. The two young men came into the limelight after they were caught dancing at their workplace. They have admitted to being ingrates.
They would later be sacked by their employers, who frowned at their dance and apparently regarded it as a display of laxity. Nigerians took pity on them, and their story went viral, attracting the attention of Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere of Omega Power Ministries, Port Harcourt.
They later fell out with the man of God, and they were deported from Cyprus, where he had sent them to study. It even reached the point where Apostle Chibuzor cursed them for dragging him on social media. The curse was later lifted. But in the new video interview with Mr Lilgaga, Happie Boys admitted they were ungrateful after getting the opportunity that would have changed their lives. According to them, they were deported from Cyprus because their stay in the country had expired. They said they were later arrested and even went to prison, but their prison stay was soft. Happie Boys said the love Nigerians had for them is no longer there, admitting that people have turned against them.
Racoon: Now they are getting the romantic vibes and feelings of a godly wedding. Guess they will not call this bonding moments of this newly wed a sin?
seriously they aren’t left out. Things have changed ooooo
DaddyCoool: He means well for his country. But I think age is catching up with him like Biden. I watched him durring the campaign. Trump is no longer Trump of 4 years ago. I don't think he'll be as hands-on as before. I think he'll leave much of the governing to other people. I don't think he'll be as engaged. That's my prediction
trump will heavily succeed in his government. He already planned well .
DaddyCoool: Yeah, but Kamala has surged since those pollings - with all that star power comming out for her. ALL music and movie stars are with her plus Obamas, Clinton's, etc
Ernesthugo: Today, Americans will vote in the US presidential election, choosing between Democrat Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump.
This election, closely watched worldwide, also includes voting for Congress members, who play a vital role in shaping US laws.
The winner will serve a four-year term, starting in January 2025.
The Candidates In the Republican Party, former President Donald Trump emerged as the candidate, with strong support over his competitors. He chose Ohio Senator JD Vance as his running mate.
Kamala Harris, the current Vice President, stepped in as the Democratic candidate after President Joe Biden decided not to run again. Her running mate is Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
There are independent candidates too, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr., although he withdrew in August and endorsed Trump.
How the Election Works The US uses an Electoral College system rather than a direct popular vote, as outlined on the official US government website, USA.gov.
This means the candidate with the most national votes isn’t necessarily the winner.
Each US state is allocated a specific number of electoral votes based on its congressional representation.
This allocation consists of two votes for each state’s Senators and additional votes equal to the number of congressional districts within that state.
There are 50 states in the US and 538 votes in the Electoral College, requiring a majority of 270 to win.
States like Alaska, Vermont, and Wyoming have just three electors, while Florida has 30. California, the most populous state, has the highest number of votes with 54.
The winner isn’t the person who gets the most votes across the country. Instead, both candidates compete to win contests held across the 50 states.
Most states operate on a winner-takes-all system: the candidate with the most votes in a state wins all its electoral votes.
Only Maine and Nebraska allow their electoral votes to be split based on results in individual congressional districts.
Their distribution is based on the popular vote within the state and at the congressional district levels.
While many states vote fairly consistently for either Democrats or Republicans, some states, known as “swing” or “battleground” states, can vote either way and often determine the election’s outcome.
The candidates intensify their campaign efforts in these key battleground states, focusing on winning over undecided voters.
A candidate can lose the national popular vote but still win through the Electoral College, as happened in 2016 when Trump won despite Hillary Clinton receiving more overall votes.
Only five US presidents have been elected without winning the popular vote, three of them in the 19th century.
Unusual Scenarios In rare cases, members of the Electoral College, known as “electors,” cast their votes for someone other than the candidate who won their state.
They are referred to as “faithless electors.”
If neither candidate reaches 270 electoral votes, resulting in a 269-269 tie, the decision goes to the House of Representatives in what’s called a “contingent election.”
AFP reports that the last time this happened was in 1800 when Thomas Jefferson ultimately won.
If a tie requires a House vote, each state delegation in the House gets one vote, and the candidate with a majority of state votes becomes president.
The Senate would then choose the vice president, with each senator casting a vote.
This process could result in a president and vice president from opposing parties.
This means it’s theoretically possible for Trump to be elected president with Democratic vice-presidential nominee Tim Walz, or for Harris to become president with Republican vice-presidential nominee JD Vance.
If such a House vote becomes necessary, it will be held on January 6, 2025.
EzeCanada: Former US President, Donald Trump most likely to emerge victorious in the most contested presidential election in recent history, winning by a razor-thin margin of 50.4% to 49.6%. The outcome would remain uncertain until the very end, with results tied and undecided until the final count. Ultimately, Trump would secure a narrow victory."
This election -like no other in history- is already determined to fit into God's end time plan.
"Historically, the 1960 presidential election between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon is often cited as one of the closest, with Kennedy winning by 0.2% in the popular vote. Other notable close elections include the 2000 contest between George W. Bush and Al Gore, decided by 2.5% in the electoral vote, and the 2016 election, where Donald Trump won by 10.3% in the electoral vote despite losing the popular vote" [Meta]
DaddyCoool: USA presidential election is TODAY (Tuesday 5th November 2024). Nairalanders, try predict who will win and give your reasons. By tomorrow you will either be shamed or you’ll be saying "I told you so!"
(As you can see, the pastor below has said God emphatically told him it'll be Harris)
trump wins
Meanwhile, WATCH: Hindu priests in India pray for Donald Trump victory in US elections 🗳
The weight of the evidence leads me to predict Donald Trump will win the Electoral College and could under a best-case scenario even win the popular vote.
Cardi B Endorses Kamala Harris and Calls Out Trump for “Hustling” American People
US rapper Cardi B speaks ahead of US Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris during a When We...
Cardi B made an impassioned speech against Donald Trump on Friday night while making her first appearance at a Kamala Harris rally, officially endorsing her for president.
The rapper and mother of three got emotional during her nearly 11-minute speech in front of a bustling Milwaukee crowd last night as she urged voters not to trust Trump with reproductive rights, the economy, and prioritizing working families. Cardi said she does not take “lightly the call to show up" and endorse Harris. She told the crowd that she did not have faith in either candidate while Joe Biden was still running for re-election against Trump, but has since changed her mind when Harris stepped into the Democratic ticket.
“Women have to work ten times harder, perform ten times better, and still people question us on how we got to the top,” she said. “I can't stand a bully. But just like Kamala, I always stand up to one.”
Much like Harris, Cardi said, she's also felt like the underdog throughout her career and has had her “success belittled and discredited."
“She's passionate, she's compassionate, she shows empathy, and most of all, she's not delusional," Cardi continued.
Voting Harris is our best chance of stopping the irreversible damage of another Trump presidency. Cardi continually targeted Trump throughout her speech, calling him a “hustler” and remarked on his recent comments about protecting women “whether they like it or not.”
“Donny Dump… if his definition of protection is not the freedom of choice; if his definition of protection is making sure our daughters have fewer rights than our mothers, then I don't want it,” she exclaimed.
Cardi continued: "Protection for women — especially if we're talking about maternal and mental healthcare — isn't telling them what to do with their bodies. It's supporting them and giving them the care they need for what they choose to do with their bodies.”
The rapper also pointed out Trump and his conservative following's hypocrisy when it comes to reproductive healthcare and abortion rights. Cardi said that they “don't believe women deserve rights" but then are “nowhere to be found” when a woman is experiencing difficulties with postpartum depression, or when children are in foster care or a shelter because their “mother's not mentally stable or financially stable to take care of them.”
Cardi B later reiterated several of her statements on X, posting snippets from her speech: “Donald Trump talks about how he has concepts of a plan… but the only concept of a plan he has is a plan to hustle YOU."
Cardi also posted that she did “not get paid a dollar for” speaking at the rally and has been vocal about politics for years. “Before I was a celebrity I was a product of poverty for 24 years so you not gonna tell me what I want to see in MY community,” she wrote.
She also took time to respond to Elon Musk, who called her a “puppet” of the Harris campaign. Cardi quoted the post on X and wrote: “I’m not a puppet Elon.. I’m a daughter of two immigrant parents that had to work their ass off to provide for me! I’m a product of welfare, I’m a product of section 8, I’m a product of poverty and I’m a product of what happens when the system is set up against you….But you don’t know nothing about that. You don’t know not one thing about the American struggle…. PS fix my algorithm.”
