Seems you don't know what the law says in regards to debt. Why do you think people use police to get back money and not court? Let me give you an idea. The judge will ask for monthly income, ask for his financial engagements and after much back and forth, the judge will do what is in the best interest of the debt repayer unless it's a case of advance fee fraud etc.

After upgrading the R&P i got last year into R&P Self contain, I still blame myself for doing it. The ROI is quite far from realisation.

I told someone this and he kept arguing it. Building houses for rent isn't a wise business strategy except the builder have other streams of income. Imagine spending over 30m to erect a good building and getting 800k rent per annum. Even in 30yrs, one can't get back the capital talk more of interest.
