Prostitution wasn't mentioned at all. The case is relevant to section 419 of the Nigeria criminal code. It's called advance fee fraud and punishment ranges with an average of 7yrs.

Any person who by any false pretence, and with intent to defraud, obtains from any other person anything capable of being stolen, or induces any other person to deliver to any person anything capable of being stolen, is guilty of a felony, and is liable to imprisonment for three years. I don't see police trying that. The man handling the case has recieved a call from a commissioner of police over the matter. The problem is with the man it self.

This type of people, what suites them best is taking soldiers to pick him up and he will raise money and fix my car. But I already involved police. I have no other option than court right now because he is not picking calls, not responding to messages. I was thinking the man is responsible.
I spent over 600k to fix the car. For this economy, with his attitude, I can't let go. He would have killed me or one other lady who stood behind my car waiting for taxi before she left. It wasn't up to 1 minutes that she left, before his illitrate driver smashed my car.

When did the incident happen? Going to court is not your best option. It wasn't criminal intent and I believe it's a civil case unless you can justify the fact he intentionally crashed into you. hence, you are at disadvantage. If he knows his onions, he might even pay you 5000 per month if the case gets to a court.


Your best bet, hold on. Use a bit of force from the police (threat), don't over do the force part as you never can tell the connections he can wield. Just a little at a time.

It is one thing to have your mother visit as a guest for a day or two, but having her over on a longstay or worse, because she is sick, then you need to be upfront and better negotiate her stay and care with your marriage partner.

Does the man and his wife have space for her during her stay? Will the man be responsible for his mother's care throughout her stay, or is this a ploy to bring in another human burden for his wife to have to deal with? Conversely, the man can easily send his mother to a care home or something where she would be better cared for.
