Is there anybody who can create both Android and IOS apps from a website (or based on a website)? Not building the apps from a website like www.appsgeyser.com or any other like that. It has to be built because some of the icons (especially on the header and footer sections) would change and the navigation has to be smooth.

It depends on the feature you want included in your app, I'd say between 5k minimum to 100k or even more for very complicated app.

The topic "why software projects fail in Nigeria" can u be more explicit by the meaning of fail, do u consider projects like facebook, watsapp, twitter as successes if yes then don't u think it is the idea and sponsorship (first d idea) behind these projects that made them succeed ? my opinion though, if u have the right idea, do you think we will have a failed project no matter the location worldwide, again my opinion.

you can use web technologies in creating the app, then use json to deploy all info from yr site to app.

I recently registered as a student in NOUN, the student portal I must say is a total mess. Loading into the wallet was not easy, I was debited but stil the cash didn't reflect. Course registration, exam registration, nahhhhh, very bad.
Now my wallet balance is NaN (Not a Number)....
If anybody knows who developed that portal, please tell him/her to seek help on nairaland. I can't imagine someone was employed to build that thing.

"Dear" not "there": now Oga wat are yr reasons for hating PHP, even though i do java,c#, i still give kudos to php now an OOP language, used to build most of the worlds widely used frameworks and CMS.

My brother state yr reasons, PHP will always remain dear to me cause i started with it, learnt programming basics with it, even had to go learn some frameworks (laravel) to update myself.
