1. Leave the politicians behind oil leakage and attack heavily thier pawns from NNPC; durectors,top staff,past and present, to prevent our oil leakage. Get a developed way of monitoring our oil from crude to sales of last drop.
2. Double the number of our police,army and other uniform officers including the secret ones. Double thier salaries from the new money saved from oil.
3 pay judiciary 3 to 4 times thier salary
4 build more prisons , employ more workers there.
5.make strict laws and penalties for contrast.
6 Get concerted effort with business communities on simple things we should enact laws to prevent them from importation and start production of them.

exactly....if police get less corrupt things will get much better....nigerian police officers are paid too little....give prisons the mandate to use prisoners as cheap labour....use prisoners for farming....
