That's what I have been telling our Igbo brother to pursue, but no they are looking for shortcut to presidency.

Seriously, Igbo needs the 6th state more than any other thing and it would be a plus for entire South if one state can be added and one removed from NW while 2capital should be created one in the north and one in the South.
